Within Norschoten, care and treatment are provided to clients with different care questions at different locations. Many clients living in Norschoten stay there because there is a form of dementia. Binnen Norschoten wordt op verschillende locaties aan cliënten met verschillende zorgvragen zorg en behandeling geboden. Veel cliënten die in Norschoten wonen, verblijven er omdat er sprake is van een vorm van dementie. Daarnaast is er een grote revalidatieafdeling, een hospice en wordt er zorg en behandeling geboden aan cliënten met een lichamelijke zorgvraag. Ook voor een aantal meer specifieke zorgvragen wordt een passend aanbod gedaan. Daarbij valt te denken aan cliënten met een meervoudig complexe zorgvraag, of met een gerontopsychiatrische zorgvraag en jongeren met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Norschoten is gestart met persoonsgerichte zorg en bekostiging. Dit vergt een andere manier van werken door de medewerkers, o.a. door het voeren van gesprekken in het kader van een zogeheten netwerkberaad. Met dit traject wordt niet gekeken naar het proces van invoeren van persoonsgerichte bekostiging, maar ligt de nadruk op het anders organiseren van werk van de medewerkers, zowel individueel als in teamverband en niet alleen in het primaire (zorg) proces, maar ook op het gebied van HR en financiële administratie. Dentro de Norschoten, la atención y el tratamiento se proporcionan a los clientes con diferentes preguntas de cuidado en diferentes lugares. Muchos clientes que viven en Norschoten se quedan allí porque hay una forma de demencia. Además, hay un gran departamento de rehabilitación, un hospicio y atención y tratamiento se proporciona a los clientes con una pregunta de cuidado físico. All'interno di Norschoten, l'assistenza e il trattamento sono forniti ai clienti con domande di assistenza diverse in luoghi diversi. Molti clienti che vivono a Norschoten rimangono lì perché c'è una forma di demenza.
