    Stichting Sport020 stimuleert medewerkers in bedrijven om te sporten en bewegen. Dit doen zij middels diverse programma's waarin zij individuele medewerkers een periode begeleiden in sport. De organisatie wilt voor haar eigen medewerkers zich in 2019 richten op de balans tussen mentaal & fysiek. De belangrijkste uitdagingen voor de organisatie zijn namelijk de verhoudingen tussen werkdruk, prestatiedruk, plezier en fitheid. Medewerkers die geluk, gezond en gedreven zijn hebben meer plezier in het werk, verzuimen minder en blijven langer bij de organisatie. In het huidige project is aan de adviseur gevraagd om deze factoren in kaart te brengen. Wat is de stand van zaken op het gebied van werkdruk, mentale druk, prestatiedruk en werkplezier? Hoe kan de Stichting de medewerkers hier zelf in begeleiden om te zorgen dat ze duurzaam inzetbaar zijn en blijven voor de organisatie. (Dutch)

    La Fundación Sport020 anima a los empleados de las empresas a ejercer y hacer ejercicio. Lo hacen a través de diversos programas en los que orientan a los empleados individuales durante un período en el deporte. La organización quiere centrarse en el equilibrio entre mental & Amp; físico en 2019 para sus propios empleados. Los principales desafíos para la organización son las relaciones entre la presión laboral, la presión de rendimiento, el placer y la aptitud física. Los empleados que son felices, sanos y motivados se divierten más en el trabajo, el absentismo y se quedan más tiempo con la organización.     Sport020 Foundation incoraggia i dipendenti delle aziende a esercitare ed esercitare. Lo fanno attraverso vari programmi in cui guidano i singoli dipendenti per un periodo di tempo nello sport. L'organizzazione vuole concentrarsi sull'equilibrio tra mental & Amp; fisico nel 2019 per i propri dipendenti. Le principali sfide per l'organizzazione sono le relazioni tra pressione di lavoro, pressione delle prestazioni, piacere e fitness. I dipendenti che sono felici, sani e guidati hanno più divertimento nel lavoro, assenteismo e rimanere più a lungo con l'organizzazione. Nell'attuale progetto, al consulente è stato chiesto di individuare questi fattori. Qual è lo stato di avanzamento nel campo della pressione di lavoro, della pressione mentale, della pressione delle prestazioni e del piacere di lavoro?
