Sevagram wil met dit traject de medewerkers faciliteren om in de praktijk de mensgerichte zorg en ondersteuning te bewerkstelligen. Niet alleen de (zorg)medewerkers in het primaire proces, maar ook medewerkers op HR-gebied en van de financiële administratie. Hierbij zal Sevagram voortborduren op de Planetree-zorgvisie. Planetree is een waardegedreven, mensgerichte zorgvisie en aanpak die laat zien hoe mensgerichte en integrale zorg kan worden georganiseerd én gerealiseerd. Integrale zorg heeft in deze context betrekking op drie pijlers, te weten betere zorg, helende omgeving en gezonde organisatie, die met elkaar in balans dienen te zijn. Persoonsgerichte zorg en ondersteuning gaan over de wijze waarop de cliënt in alle levensdomeinen uitgangspunt is bij de zorg- en dienstverlening. Het doel is om de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënt zo optimaal mogelijk te laten zijn. (Dutch)

Con questa traiettoria, Sevagram mira a facilitare i dipendenti a raggiungere cure e supporto incentrati sull'uomo nella pratica. Non solo i dipendenti (di assistenza) nel processo primario, ma anche il personale in HR e amministrazione finanziaria. Sevagram si baserà sulla visione della cura di Planetree. Planetree è una visione e un approccio di cura centrati sull'uomo che mostra come la cura umana-centrica e integrale possa essere organizzata e realizzata. In questo contesto, l'assistenza integrale copre tre pilastri: una migliore assistenza, un ambiente curativo e un'organizzazione sana, che dovrebbe essere equilibrata. L'assistenza e il supporto incentrati sulla persona riguardano il modo in cui il cliente è il punto di partenza per l'assistenza e i servizi in tutti i settori della vita.
