Owltje Brewing Company is an independent brewery located in Haarlem. With the product range, the organisation focuses on innovation and creativity within the beer brewing sector. The product range includes in particular special beers, where there is currently a huge growth in demand. In 2012 the organisation started small-scale. From 2015 onwards, given the success of the developed products, the adoption of the necessary human power has been implemented, in relation to the growth of the organisation. Owltje Brewery Company is going to engage Spoor Discovery and Development to analyse the qualities of the employees and translate them into possibilities. Opportunities for themselves in terms of their own profile. Possibilities in a wider range of options within the organisation. Rail — DND, as a consulting firm at companies, organisation and government, makes skills scans to identify the competences and level of knowledge of participants and the possibilities to guide them. In the case of Uiltje Brewery Company, Spoor — DND will perform a competency scan with each employee, match the personal outcome to the specific role and make an inventory of what guidance the employees need to stay active in the role and/or the sector in the long term. Uiltje Brewing Company is een onafhankelijke bierbrouwerij gevestigd in Haarlem. Met het productaanbod richt de organisatie zich op vernieuwing en creativiteit binnen de bierbrouwerijsector. Het productaanbod omvat met name speciaal bieren, waar op dit moment een enorme groei waarneembaar is in de vraag. In 2012 is de organisatie kleinschalig gestart. Vanaf 2015 is, gezien het succes van de ontwikkelde producten, invulling gegeven aan het aannemen van de benodigde menskracht, in relatie tot de groei van de organisatie. Met de invulling van een team anno 2016 dient strategie vertaald te worden naar gericht personeelsbeleid, doorgroeimogelijkheden op de lange termijn in een succesvol bedrijf en structuur voor iedere medewerker. Dit project richt zich op de ontwikkeling van deze medewerkers. Maar meer dan dat: focus op de eigen rol per medewerker, inzicht in benodigde kwaliteiten, daarbij verbinding met collega's en daarmee weer visie op de lange termijn als medewerker van Uiltje Brewery Company. Een gezond bedrijf levert tevreden medewerkers. Uiltje Brewery Company gaat Spoor Discovery en Development inschakelen om de kwaliteiten van de medewerkers te analyseren en te vertalen naar mogelijkheden. Mogelijkheden voor henzelf wat betreft hun eigen profiel. Mogelijkheden in een groter geheel wat betreft de opties binnen de organisatie. Spoor - DND maakt als adviesbureau bij bedrijven, organisatie en bij de overheid competentiescans om te inventariseren wat de competenties en het kennisniveau van deelnemers zijn en wat de mogelijkheden zijn om hen om te begeleiden. In het geval van Uiltje Brewery Company gaat Spoor - DND een competentiescan uitvoeren bij iedere medewerker, de persoonlijke uitkomst matchen aan de specifieke rol en een inventarisatie maken welke begeleiding de medewerkers nodig hebben om op de lange termijn actief te blijven in de rol en/of de sector.
