Stahl Europe B.V. , een chemisch bedrijf, gaat in nauw overleg met de betrokken medewerkers onder deskundige begeleiding van de heer W. Vrolijk met financiële ondersteuning vanuit het ESF het project Perfecte Processen voor Perfecte Resultaten uitvoeren. Door een intensief, confronterend traject wordt een ingesleten houding zichtbaar en bespreekbaar gemaakt. De negatieve energie die ontstaat doordat veiligheidsprotocollen e.d. niet altijd consequent worden uitgevoerd kan leiden tot de situatie dat er geen sprake is van gezond en veilig werken, maar juist van ongewenst gedrag. De dialoog met de medewerkers moet ertoe leiden dat men weer voor 100% gaat voor het nemen van de eigen verantwoordelijkheid e.d. Zodat er sprake zal zijn van betere prestaties, meer plezier, geen negatieve energie wat uiteindelijk leidt tot duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar vakmensen. (Dutch)
