Een goede dienstverlening betekent voor Litecad: vakbekwaamheid en betrouwbaarheid. Een vitale medewerker is beter in staat invulling te geven aan het werk. Verder kampt een deel van de medewerkers met overgewicht, rookt actief en heeft onvoldoende weet van gezonde werk-patronen. Litecad wil medewerkers stimuleren meer regie te nemen over de eigen vitaliteit. Uit goed werkgeverschap wil de onderneming medewerkers faciliteren bij het maken van gezonde keuzes. Het DI-onderzoek van Perspectief kent een brede benadering waardoor de inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit en gezondheid van medewerkers breed wordt onderzocht. Door het creëren van bewustwording en gerichte coaching moet de duurzame inzetbaarheid op structurele wijze worden bevorderd. (Dutch)

Un buon servizio significa per Litecad: competenza professionale e affidabilità. Un dipendente vitale è meglio in grado di fare il lavoro. Inoltre, alcuni dei dipendenti sono in sovrappeso, fumano attivamente e hanno una conoscenza insufficiente di modelli di lavoro sani. Litecad vuole incoraggiare i dipendenti a prendere più controllo sulla propria vitalità. Con una buona padronanza, l'azienda vuole facilitare i dipendenti a fare scelte sane. La ricerca DI di prospettiva ha un approccio ampio che esamina l'occupabilità, la vitalità e la salute dei dipendenti in modo ampio.
