Van Ee Staal wants to increase the sustainable employability of its employees with the implementation of this project. For this purpose, Van Ee Staal has contracted an external consultant. Together with the consultant, we look at the issue of ensuring safety within the organisation in order to guarantee employees even more safety. Van Ee Staal wil met de uitvoering van dit project de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers vergroten. Hiervoor heeft Van Ee Staal een extern adviseur ingeschakeld. Samen met de adviseur wordt gekeken naar het thema borgen van de veiligheid binnen de organisatie om medewerkers nog meer veiligheid te garanderen. Daarnaast wordt er gewerkt aan het bevorderen van een leercultuur door de medewerkers te leren zichzelf te zien als vakmensen die intrinsiek gemotiveerd zijn om zich te blijven ontwikkelen. Ook is een belangrijk onderdeel van het traject het stimuleren dat medewerkers zich op basis van hun kwaliteiten en drijfveren gaan ontwikkelen. Hierbij worden alle medewerkers betrokken. (Dutch)
