Expotise is an exhibition builder. She builds exhibitions and exhibitions for museums in particular. Think of Ecomare, Muiderslot, Nature Museum Friesland and Ripley Believe it or Not. Over the last few years, Expotise has grown from a two-man company to a multi-employee company. Expotise is een expositiebouwer. Ze bouwt exposities en tentoonstellingen voor met name musea. Denk daarbij aan Ecomare, Muiderslot, Natuurmuseum Friesland en Ripley Believe it or Not. De laatste paar jaar is Expotise uitgegroeid van een tweemansbedrijf naar een bedrijf met meerdere werknemers. Nu is de fase aangebroken dat voor deze medewerkers ruimte ontstaat voor ontwikkeling, zodat ze hun ambities kunnen waarmaken en waar mogelijk binnen het bedrijf kunnen doorgroeien. Het management moet dat in goede banen leiden, maar heeft daar geen ervaring mee. Het vraagt om kennis en vaardigheden waarover zij niet beschikt. Door te anticiperen op individuele ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van medewerkers wordt het mogelijk komt er ook meer lucht bij het management. Adviseur heeft bovendien samen met het management een plan ontwikkeld voor het bevorderen van een leercultuur voor werkenden. Nu is het zaak dit plan te implementeren. Onder een leercultuur verstaan we een cultuur die erop gericht is het leren van alle werknemers continu te stimuleren. Dat versterkt de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers, zorgt ervoor dat bedrijfsdoelen en loopbaanontwikkeling zich in dezelfde richting ontwikkelen en leidt tot betere prestaties. En betere prestaties zorgt voor succeservaringen die nodig zijn om het werk op lange termijn vol te houden. (Dutch)
