PepsiCo/Duyvis heeft in het kader van haar visie 'Performance with Purpose' beleid ontwikkeld gericht op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Duyvis wil haar medewerkers ondersteunen bij een gezonde levensstijl, zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk. Duyvis stelt hiertoe haar medewerkers in staat om deel te nemen aan een Preventief Medisch Onderzoek (PMO), uitgevoerd door Zorg van de Zaak. Duyvis wil met de uitvoering van PMO's de risico's die het werk voor de gezondheid met zich meebrengt in kaart brengen, zoveel mogelijk voorkomen en beperken, de gezondheid monitoren en de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers verbeteren.
