Gezamenlijk met alle medewerkers werken wij aan een professionele werkomgeving, waarbij wij van mening zijn dat hierbij aandacht nodig is voor de thema's; samenwerking, communicatie, leiderschap en eigenaarschap. Iedereen doet mee. Van productiemedewerker tot directeur. In 2016 willen wij onze ingezette koers verder borgen in dagelijkse praktijk. Daarnaast zijn wij bezig met een bedrijfsovername van ons familiebedrijf door de volgende generatie. In 2016 willen wij hier begeleiding bij, zodat we hier keuzes en stappen in kunnen maken. (Dutch)
