Al meer dan 70 jaar ontwikkelt, produceert, verkoopt en monteert Maars flexibele indelingen. Maars biedt zowel standaard- als maatwerkoplossingen voor bijvoorbeeld kantoorgebouwen, luchthavens, fabrieken, bioscopen, winkels en hotels. Ook in de publieke sector is Maars al geruime tijd actief en marktleider met toepassingen voor onder andere ziekenhuizen, openbare instellingen, universiteiten en scholen. De leidinggevenden binnen de organisatie moeten kunnen sturen en waardering tonen wat maakt dat medewerkers met meer voldoening werken en daarbij ook nog een betere performance leveren. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat begeleiden, coachen op de werkvloer, communicatietechnieken en feedback eigen worden. Naast de leidinggevende willen we onze waardering tonen naar de high potentials binnen de organisatie. Deze willen wij dan ook meenemen in het traject omdat wij geloven dat zij belangrijk zijn voor onze organisatie. (Dutch)
