Bij Mars Veghel garanderen meer dan 1200 medewerkers dat succes. Pijlers van de HealthenWellbeing strategie: - Bevorderen van een gezonde leefstijl en aanbieden van programma's die medewerkers hierin ondersteunen. - Aandacht voor psychosociale arbeidsbelasting (terugdringen werkstress en ongewenst gedrag) Gezond en vitaal zijn is één van de voorwaarden om duurzaam inzetbaar te zijn. Mars Veghel heeft hiervoor een holistische en integrale aanpak ontwikkeld. Met het Me+Mars programma gaat iedere supply medewerker concreet aan de slag met zijn of haar vitaliteit.
