Voor veel medewerkers komt de horizon in zicht. De tijd gaat steeds sneller lopen tegenover een verleden dat steeds langer wordt. De medewerker krijgt te maken met de eerste grenzen en heeft de keus te aanvaarden, te ondergaan of te ontwijken. Na de interventies begrijpen medewerkers meer van het gedrag van mensen en doorzien organisatie- processen. Er is behoefte aan werk waarbij de inzet van kennis en ervaring, organisatie- en mensenkennis en het verwoorden van de eigen visie onderdeel uitmaken van het takenpakket. Dit zal leiden tot het bewust omgaan met arbeidsrisico`s en het herkennen vande benodigde vaardigheden om ook andere taken uit te voeren (Dutch)
