Van Rooi Meat is de eerste vleesverwerker die het hele proces van boer tot bord onder één dak heeft. Alle stappen in het proces – van slachten naar uitsnijden en uitbenen tot verpakken en invriezen – worden op de productielocatie in Helmond uitgevoerd. Het project heeft betrekking op de duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers in de geavanceerde verwerkingsfaciliteit. Van Rooi Meat wil komen tot een andere werkorganisatie die bewerkstelligt dat de betrokkenheid van medewerkers wordt vergroot en die de duurzame inzetbaarheid ten goede komt. Zowel productiemedewerkers, operationeel leidinggevenden en het management worden betrokken. Het project wordt uitgevoerd door SBK. (Dutch)
