De medewerkers van Van der Wijst Keukens zijn echte vakmensen en en adviseren onze klanten met plezier. Ons personeelsbeleid is dan ook een van onze belangrijkste pijlers. Vanuit het Europees Sociaal Fonds worden wij middels een subsidie in de gelegenheid gesteld een externe partij in te schakelen bij het bevorderen van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Onder ‘duurzame inzetbaarheid’ wordt verstaan het productief, gemotiveerd en gezond houden van medewerkers om hen in staat te stellen tot aan pensionering binnen of buiten de organisatie te blijven werken. Wij maken graag gebruik van deze mogelijkheid om onze medewerkers zichzelf te laten ontwikkelen zodat zij bij de steeds meer veranderende vraag van de arbeidsmarkt blijven passen. (Dutch)
