Boltrics Professionals B.V. is gestart in 2010 als een partner voor bedrijven in de logistieke sector met gestandaardiseerde, branchebrede software die ze specifiek voor logistiek dienstverleners en koel- en vrieshuizen ontwikkelen en onderhouden. In 2010 is Boltrics gestart met 3 personeelsleden. In dit jaar is het personeelsbestand gegroeid naar 15 medewerkers. Voor het jaar 2016 zal het aantal medewerkers naar 30 toe gaan groeien. Boltrics wil haar geformuleerde doelstelling Duurzaam Inzetbaarheidsbeleid gaan implementeren waarbij er nu en in de toekomst aandacht is voor de ontwikkeling, groei en werkgeluk van haar medewerkers in een veilig en gezond werkklimaat.Dit betekent het ontwikkelen van een visie op Duurzaam Inzetbaarheidsbeleid en het realiseren van een integrale samenhang tussen bestaande activiteiten en nog benodigde activiteiten.Tevens is het doel om de employability van de medewerkers te verhogen waardoor continuïteit gewaarborgd is.
