Holtrop en Jansma is Nederlands grootste specialist op het gebied van industriële luchtzuivering. Al sinds 1960 ontwerpen en bouwen wij de meest geavanceerde afzuig-/filtercombinaties. Er werken in totaal 36 medewerkers. Na analyse omtrent QRM en de strategie van het bedrijf, is er gekozen om QRM in te zetten en daarmee een duurzaam inzetbaarheidstraject te starten. Duurzame inzetbaarheid is van groot belang voor het bedrijf om de concurrentiepositie te verstevigen en het bedrijf klaar te maken voor de toekomst. (Dutch)
