Since its inception in 1989 we have become a versatile and dynamic company in the field of welding technology and metalworking. Now it’s time to take a critical look at the learning culture in our organisation. We believe it is important that we continue to be able to offer a complete package of welding work for companies and individuals. The technology grows, opportunities grow and it is also important that our employees can continue to carry out this work for our customers. Thanks to this grant, we can make employees aware of the need for continuing learning. But also actively involved in the search for opportunities, for example, how we can continue to learn from each other. We want to map out exactly what skills we expect from our employees, to help and guide employees to an optimal level. In this way they remain good professionals themselves and on the other hand we can continue to deliver the quality to the changing market. All this thanks to the subsidy sustainable employability.     Wij zijn sinds de oprichting in 1989 uitgegroeid tot een veelzijdige en dynamische onderneming op het gebied van lastechniek en metaalbewerking. Nu is het tijd om ook eens kritisch te kijken naar de leercultuur in onze organisatie. Wij vinden het namelijk van belang dat we een compleet pakket aan laswerkzaamheden voor bedrijven en particulieren kunnen blijven bieden. De techniek groeit, mogelijkheden groeien en het is ook van belang dat onze medewerkers deze werkzaamheden uit kunnen blijven voeren voor onze klanten. Dankzij deze subsidie kunnen we medewerkers bewust maken van de noodzaak van het blijven leren. Maar daarnaast ook actief betrekken in het zoeken naar mogelijkheden hoe we bijvoorbeeld van elkaar kunnen blijven leren. We willen in kaart brengen welke vaardigheden we exact van onze medewerkers verwachten, om medewerkers te helpen en begeleiden naar een optimaal niveau. Op deze manier blijven zij zelf goede vakspecialisten en kunnen wij anderzijds de kwaliteit blijven leveren aan de veranderende markt. Dit alles dankzij de subsidie duurzame inzetbaarheid. (Dutch)
