    Doelstelling is van dit project is een proactieve en stimulerende leercultuur te ontwikkelen in een GHZ-instelling. Medewerkers nemen hun eigen carrière ter hand en werken met trots voor de stichting. Ze gaan voor hun drive en zetten hun ondernemerschap in om doorslaggevend te zijn. De medewerkers komen in beweging. Ze zijn zich bewust van hun kwaliteiten en zijn in staat belemmering om te zetten in activiteit. Er ontstaat een dynamische werkomgeving waarmee de organisatie zijn voortbestaan een positieve impuls geeft. De ambitie van medewerkers wordt geprikkeld en dat wil men omzetten tot actie en resultaat. Het resultaat is dat de stichting onderscheidend is en dat de cliënten de beste zorg krijgen. (Dutch)

    El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar una cultura de aprendizaje proactiva y estimulante en una institución de salud. Los empleados asumen sus propias carreras y trabajan con orgullo para la fundación. Van por su impulso y utilizan su espíritu empresarial para ser decisivos. Los empleados se están moviendo. Son conscientes de sus cualidades y son capaces de convertir los impedimentos en actividad. Se crea un entorno de trabajo dinámico con el que la organización da un impulso positivo a su supervivencia. Se estimula la ambición de los empleados y quieren convertirlo en acción y resultados. El resultado es que la fundación es distintiva y que los clientes reciben la mejor atención. (Spanish)
