De Wingerd is a school for Special Education and Secondary Special Education for children and young people with intellectual disabilities. With financial support from the ESF, the Wingerd can even better build a bridge between education and the labour market or further training. The advent of competence-based education has created the need for flexible teaching materials. The ESF subsidy uses the Wingerd to introduce revenue-oriented works. For this, the employees need specific competences. The role of the teacher will change. This is done by using the intervision model Methodical Career Guidance (MLB) with the portofolio ‘DOEN IN’. Due to the simple administration, the teacher will leave time for additional guidance for the student. This creates a strong support among the users of the system. Within the project, an environment is created in which teachers are given the opportunity to develop themselves in knowledge and skills, and to make the transition from knowledge transferor to coach. De Wingerd is een school voor Speciaal Onderwijs en Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs aan kinderen en jonge mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Met financiële steun vanuit het ESF kan de Wingerd nog beter een brug slaan tussen onderwijs en de arbeidsmarkt of een vervolgopleiding. Door de komst van competentiegericht onderwijs is de behoefte aan flexibel in te zetten lesmateriaal ontstaan. De ESF subsidie gebruikt de Wingerd voor het invoeren van opbrengstgericht werken. Hiervoor hebben de medewerkers specifieke competenties nodig. De rol van de docent zal veranderen. Dit gebeurt middels het inzetten van het intervisiemodel Methodische Loopbaan Begeleiding (MLB) met het portofolio ‘DOEN IN’. Door de eenvoudige administratie zal de docent tijd overhouden voor extra begeleiding van de leerling. Hierdoor wordt een groot draagvlak gecreëerd bij de gebruikers van het systeem. Binnen het project wordt een omgeving gecreëerd waarin docenten de kans krijgen om zichzelf te ontwikkelen in kennis en vaardigheden, en de slag te maken van kennisoverdrager naar coach. Het project zorgt voor de bewustwording van de noodzaak om te veranderen, het implementeert de nieuwe werkwijze en zorgt voor borging op de lange termijn. (Dutch)

De Wingerd es una escuela de Educación Especial y Educación Especial Secundaria para niños y jóvenes con discapacidad intelectual. Con el apoyo financiero del FSE, el Wingerd puede construir aún mejor un puente entre la educación y el mercado laboral o la formación continua. El advenimiento de la educación basada en las competencias ha creado la necesidad de materiales didácticos flexibles. La subvención del FSE utiliza el Wingerd para introducir obras orientadas a los ingresos. Para ello, los empleados necesitan competencias específicas. El papel del maestro cambiará. Para ello se utiliza el modelo de intervisión de orientación profesional metodológica (MLB) con la portofolio «DOEN IN». Debido a la simple administración, el maestro dejará tiempo para orientación adicional para el estudiante. Esto crea un fuerte apoyo entre los usuarios del sistema. Dentro del proyecto, se crea un entorno en el que se da a los profesores la oportunidad de desarrollarse en conocimientos y habilidades, y de hacer la transición del transmisor de conocimientos al entrenador. El proyecto aumenta la sensibilización sobre la necesidad de cambiar, aplica el nuevo método y garantiza la garantía a largo plazo. (Spanish)
