These employees learn to look at their current way of working and where there are potential bottlenecks in them. The use of the ideas, knowledge and experience of these employees creates a culture of learning and improvement and increases the involvement of employees. After the implementation of the grant project, the staff will have tools to apply the learned to other parts of their work. This creates a culture of continuous improvement in which Pento’s employees remain sustainable and the continuity of the organisation is ensured. (English)

(Dutch)
