Machinefabriek Luyt medewerkers kunnen door middel van dit traject meerdere rollen innemen in het machinefabrieksproces waardoor zij langer binnen Machinefabriek Luyt aan het werk kunnen blijven omdat zij meer plezier in het werk houden, continuïteit van de werkprocessen waarborgen en breder inzetbaar zijn. Dit komt omdat de medewerkers met elkaar een nieuwe focus, nieuwe taal en nieuwe werkvormen gaan ontwikkelen met behulp van een coach the coach ontwikkeltraject. Ook wordt door het nieuwe beleid rolroulatie gestimuleerd waardoor medewerkers in staat zijn andere taken uit te voeren en de overdracht van kennis en informatie wordt gestimuleerd. (Dutch)
