L'obiettivo del progetto è la costruzione di 2 abitazioni unifamiliari per 14 alunni ciascuno. Ci saranno due strutture, insieme alle infrastrutture, che sono le strutture della Casa dei bambini a Lubień Kujawski. Gli edifici saranno gemelli: al piano terra si trovano varie camere tecniche ed economiche, una camera matrimoniale adattata alle esigenze delle persone con disabilità insieme ad una zona giorno e una cucina. Al piano ci sono 6 camere doppie per bambini. Il piano terra era collegato al piano con una scala aperta. In un edificio c'è un locale caldaia, nell'altro garage. (Italian) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa 2 budynków mieszkalnych jednorodzinnych dla 14 wychowanków każdy. Powstaną dwa obiekty wraz z infrastrukturą, stanowiące placówki Domu Dziecka w Lubieniu Kujawskim. Budynki będą bliźniacze: na parterze znajdują się rożne pomieszczenia techniczno-gospodarcze, pokój dwuosobowy dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych wraz z częścią dzienną i kuchnią. Na piętrze zaprojektowano 6 dwuosobowych pokoi dla dzieci. Parter połączono z piętrem otwartą klatką schodową. W jednym budynku przewidziana jest kotłownia, w drugim garaż. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of 2 single-family residential buildings for 14 pupils each. Two facilities will be built together with the infrastructure, which are the facilities of the Children’s House in Lubien Kujawski. The buildings will be twins: on the ground floor there are various technical and economic rooms, a double room adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, including a living area and a kitchen. On the floor there are 6 double rooms for children. The ground floor is connected to an open staircase. In one building there is a boiler room and a garage in the other. (English)

Le projet a pour objet la construction de 2 logements unifamiliaux pour 14 élèves chacun. Il y aura deux installations, ainsi que des infrastructures, qui sont les installations de la Maison des enfants à Lubień Kujawski. Les bâtiments seront jumelés: au rez-de-chaussée il y a différentes chambres techniques et économiques, une chambre double adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées ainsi qu’un salon et une cuisine. A l’étage, il y a 6 chambres doubles pour les enfants. Le rez-de-chaussée était relié au sol par un escalier ouvert. Dans un bâtiment il y a une chaufferie, dans l’autre garage. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau von 2 Einfamilienhäusern für je 14 Schüler. Es gibt zwei Einrichtungen, zusammen mit der Infrastruktur, die Einrichtungen des Kinderhauses in Lubień Kujawski sind. Die Gebäude werden Zwillinge sein: im Erdgeschoss gibt es verschiedene technische und wirtschaftliche Räume, ein Doppelzimmer, das auf die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie einen Wohnbereich und eine Küche abgestimmt ist. Auf der Etage befinden sich 6 Doppelzimmer für Kinder. Das Erdgeschoss wurde mit einer offenen Treppe mit dem Boden verbunden. In einem Gebäude befindet sich ein Kesselraum, in der anderen Garage. Het doel van het project is de bouw van 2 eengezinswoningen voor elk 14 leerlingen. Er zullen twee faciliteiten zijn, samen met infrastructuur, die de faciliteiten zijn van het Kinderhuis in Lubień Kujawski. De gebouwen zijn tweeling: op de begane grond zijn er verschillende technische en economische kamers, een tweepersoonskamer aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen met een handicap, samen met een woonkamer en een keuken. Op de verdieping zijn er 6 tweepersoonskamers voor kinderen. De begane grond was verbonden met de verdieping met een open trap. In het ene gebouw is er een ketelruimte, in de andere garage. (Dutch)
