Inwestycja ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności transportowej drogowej województwa poprzez rozwój infrastruktury komunikacyjnej w obrębie planowanych do realizacji terenów inwestycyjnych, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości dróg oraz bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym na terenie powiatu rypińskiego. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez rozbudowę drogi powiatowej nr 2208C Starorypin – Rypin na odcinku 1649,88 mb wraz z przebudową obiektu mostowego na rzece Rypienica, obejmującą wzmocnienie nawierzchni drogi wraz z jej poszerzeniem oraz zastosowaniem elementów poprawiających warunki bezpieczeństwa użytkowników. Wymieniona droga wraz z mostem będzie jednym z odcinków obwodnicy miasta Rypin - łączy dwie drogi wojewódzkie. (Polish)

The aim of the investment is to increase the accessibility of road transport of the voivodship through the development of communication infrastructure within the planned investment areas, in particular by improving the quality of roads and road safety in the Rypiński district. This objective will be achieved by extending the district road No. 2208C Starorypin – Rypin on a section of 1649.88 mb together with the reconstruction of the bridge facility on the Rypienica river, including strengthening the road surface along with its extension and application of elements improving user safety conditions. This road and the bridge will be one of the sections of the Bypass of Rypin – it connects two voivodeship roads. (English)

L’investissement vise à améliorer l’accessibilité des transports de la voïvodie en développant les infrastructures de transport sur les sites d’investissement prévus, notamment en améliorant la qualité des routes et la sécurité routière dans le district de Ripiñsk. Cet objectif sera atteint par l’extension de la route de district no 2208C Starorypin — Rypin sur la section 1649,88 mb, ainsi que par la reconstruction de la structure du pont sur la rivière Rypienica, y compris le renforcement de la surface de la route avec son élargissement et l’utilisation d’éléments améliorant les conditions de sécurité des usagers. Cette route et le pont seront l’un des tronçons du contournement de Rypin — il relie deux routes provinciales. (French)

Die Investitionen zielen darauf ab, die Verkehrsanbindung der Woiwodschaft durch den Ausbau der Verkehrsinfrastruktur innerhalb der geplanten Investitionsstandorte zu verbessern, insbesondere durch die Verbesserung der Qualität der Straßen und der Straßenverkehrssicherheit im Bezirk Ripiñsk. Dieses Ziel wird erreicht, indem die Bezirksstraße Nr. 2208C Starorypin – Rypin auf dem Abschnitt 1649.88 mb erweitert wird, zusammen mit dem Wiederaufbau der Brückenstruktur am Fluss Rypienica, einschließlich der Stärkung der Straßenoberfläche mit ihrer Erweiterung und der Verwendung von Elementen, die die Sicherheitsbedingungen der Nutzer verbessern. Diese Straße und die Brücke werden einer der Abschnitte der Bypass Rypin sein – sie verbindet zwei Provinzstraßen. (German)

De investering is bedoeld om de toegankelijkheid van het vervoer van het woiwodschap te verbeteren door de vervoersinfrastructuur binnen de geplande investeringslocaties te ontwikkelen, met name door de kwaliteit van de wegen en de verkeersveiligheid in het district Ripiñsk te verbeteren. Dit doel zal worden bereikt door uitbreiding van de districtsweg nr. 2208C Starorypin — Rypin op het traject 1649,88 mb, samen met de wederopbouw van de brugstructuur aan de rivier Rypienica, met inbegrip van de versterking van het wegdek door de verbreding ervan en het gebruik van elementen die de veiligheid van de gebruikers verbeteren.
