L'obiettivo del progetto è un investimento tecnologico consistente nell'implementazione della propria nuova tecnologia denominata "Pellet Production Technology and Blowing Process" legata all'aumento delle proprietà desiderate dei riciclati PEHD rafforzando la struttura della plastica con fibra di basalto. Si tratta di una tecnologia completamente nuova, che è il segreto del CID-ROL e non è nota al pubblico e costituisce quindi il know-how tecnologico dell'azienda. Questa tecnologia contribuirà all'introduzione di nuove soluzioni vantaggiose che finora non sono state utilizzate in soluzioni alternative. Al fine di implementare la tecnologia, è necessario acquistare determinate macchine e attrezzature e distribuirle conformemente al piano di sviluppo della linea tecnologica. Come risultato del progetto, CID-ROL avvierà la produzione di nuovi prodotti come: contenitori a imbuto innovativi, dadi innovativi ed innovativi regranule PE-HD ad alta resistenza e qualità con fibra di basalto. La piccola aggiunta di fibre di basalto al regranule PE-HD aumenterà significativamente le qualità tecniche e utili di questo materiale. Grazie alla versatilità di implementazione, può essere utilizzato sia per la produzione di componenti finiti che per le materie prime. A causa del significativo aumento di rigidità, resistenza e altri parametri di tale materia prima, i prodotti presentati all'offerta saranno caratterizzati da elevati parametri fisico-chimici. L'introduzione di questa tecnologia da parte dell'azienda è in anticipo sulla concorrenza e una risposta decisiva alle aspettative del mercato sia nazionale che globale. (Italian) | |||||||||||||||

Celem realizacji projektu jest inwestycja technologiczna polegająca na wdrożeniu własnej, nowej technologii o nazwie „Technologia produkcji granulatu oraz procesu rozdmuchu związanej ze zwiększeniem pożądanych właściwości recyklatów PEHD poprzez wzmocnienie struktury tworzywa włóknem bazaltowym”. Jest to całkiem nowa technologia, która stanowi tajemnicę spółki CID-ROL i nie jest wiedzą publicznie znaną, a tym samym stanowi technologiczne know-how firmy. Technologia ta przyczyni się do wprowadzenia nowych korzystnych rozwiązań, które do tej pory nie były stosowane w rozwiązaniach alternatywnych. W celu wdrożenia technologii niezbędne jest nabycie określonych maszyn i urządzeń i rozmieszczenie ich zgodnie z przygotowanym Planem zagospodarowania linii technologicznej. W wyniku realizacji projektu spółka CID-ROL uruchomi produkcję nowych wyrobów takich jak: nowatorskie kanistry z lejkiem, innowacyjne nakrętki oraz wysokiej wytrzymałości i jakości innowacyjny regranulat PE-HD z włóknem bazaltowym. Niewielki dodatek włókien bazaltowych do regranulatu PE-HD w znaczącym stopniu podniesie walory techniczne i użytkowe tego materiału. Poprzez uniwersalność implementacji, można będzie stosować go zarówno do produkcji gotowych elementów jak i surowca. Ze względu na znaczny wzrost sztywności, wytrzymałości i innych parametrów takiego surowca, wprowadzone do oferty wyroby będą odznaczały się wysokimi parametrami fizyko-chemicznymi. Wprowadzenie przez firmę przedmiotowej technologii jest wyprzedzeniem konkurencji i zdecydowanym wyjściem naprzeciw oczekiwań rynku zarówno krajowego jak i światowego. (Polish)

The aim of the project is a technological investment involving the implementation of its own new technology called “The technology of granulate production and the blowout process associated with increasing the desired properties of PEHD recycling by strengthening the structure of the plastic with basalt fibre”. This is a brand-new technology that is the secret of CID-ROL and is not publicly known and thus constitutes the company’s technological know-how. This technology will contribute to the introduction of new beneficial solutions that have not yet been used in alternative solutions. In order to implement the technology, it is necessary to acquire specific machinery and equipment and to deploy them in accordance with the technological line development plan. As a result of the project, CID-ROL will start the production of new products such as: innovative canisters with funnel, innovative nut and high strength and quality innovative PE-HD regranulat with basalt fibre. The small addition of basalt fibres to PE-HD regranulate will significantly increase the technical and utility values of this material. Through the versatility of implementation, it can be used both for the production of finished components and raw material. Due to the significant increase in rigidity, strength and other parameters of such raw material, the products introduced in the offer will have high physical and chemical parameters. The introduction by the company of this technology is an advance of competition and a decisive response to the expectations of the domestic and global markets. (English)

L’objectif du projet est un investissement technologique consistant dans la mise en œuvre de sa propre nouvelle technologie appelée «Pellet Production Technology and Blowing Process lié à l’augmentation des propriétés souhaitées des recyclages PEHD en renforçant la structure du plastique avec la fibre basalte». Il s’agit d’une technologie totalement nouvelle, qui est le secret de CID-ROL et qui n’est pas connue du public et qui constitue donc le savoir-faire technologique de l’entreprise. Cette technologie contribuera à l’introduction de nouvelles solutions bénéfiques qui, jusqu’à présent, n’ont pas été utilisées dans d’autres solutions. Afin de mettre en œuvre la technologie, il est nécessaire d’acquérir certaines machines et équipements et de les déployer conformément au plan de développement de la ligne technologique. Grâce au projet, CID-ROL commencera la production de nouveaux produits tels que: cartouches d’entonnoir innovantes, écrous innovants et regranule PE-HD innovante de haute résistance et de qualité avec fibre basalte. La petite addition de fibres de basalte à la regranule PE-HD augmentera considérablement les qualités techniques et utiles de ce matériau. Grâce à la polyvalence de la mise en œuvre, il peut être utilisé à la fois pour la production de composants finis et de matières premières. En raison de l’augmentation significative de la rigidité, de la résistance et d’autres paramètres de cette matière première, les produits introduits dans l’offre seront caractérisés par des paramètres physico-chimiques élevés. L’introduction de cette technologie par l’entreprise est en avance sur la concurrence et une réponse décisive aux attentes du marché intérieur et mondial. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist eine technologische Investition, die in der Umsetzung einer eigenen neuen Technologie „Pellet Production Technology and Blowing Process“ im Zusammenhang mit der Erhöhung der gewünschten Eigenschaften von PEHD-Recyclaten durch Stärkung der Struktur des Kunststoffs mit Basaltfaser besteht. Es handelt sich um eine völlig neue Technologie, die das Geheimnis von CID-ROL ist und nicht öffentlich bekannt ist und damit das technologische Know-how des Unternehmens darstellt. Diese Technologie wird zur Einführung neuer vorteilhafter Lösungen beitragen, die bisher nicht in alternativen Lösungen eingesetzt wurden. Um die Technologie umzusetzen, ist es notwendig, bestimmte Maschinen und Geräte zu erwerben und entsprechend dem Entwicklungsplan für die Technologielinie einzusetzen. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird CID-ROL mit der Produktion neuer Produkte beginnen, wie z. B.: innovative Trichterkanister, innovative Nüsse und hochfeste und hochwertige innovative PE-HD-Regranulat mit Basaltfaser. Die geringe Zugabe von Basaltfasern in die PE-HD-Regranula wird die technischen und nützlichen Eigenschaften dieses Materials deutlich erhöhen. Dank der Vielseitigkeit der Implementierung kann es sowohl für die Herstellung von fertigen Bauteilen als auch für Rohstoffe verwendet werden. Aufgrund der deutlichen Erhöhung der Steifigkeit, der Festigkeit und anderer Parameter dieses Rohstoffs werden die Produkte, die in das Angebot eingeführt werden, durch hohe physikalisch-chemische Parameter gekennzeichnet sein. Die Einführung dieser Technologie durch das Unternehmen ist im Vorfeld des Wettbewerbs und eine entscheidende Antwort auf die Erwartungen des inländischen und des globalen Marktes. (German)

Het doel van het project is een technologische investering bestaande uit de implementatie van zijn eigen nieuwe technologie genaamd „Pellet Production Technology and Blowing Process met betrekking tot het verhogen van de gewenste eigenschappen van PEHD-recyclaten door het versterken van de structuur van het plastic met basaltvezel”. Het is een volledig nieuwe technologie, die het geheim van CID-ROL is en niet publiekelijk bekend is en dus de technologische knowhow van het bedrijf vormt. Deze technologie zal bijdragen tot de invoering van nieuwe nuttige oplossingen die tot dusver niet in alternatieve oplossingen zijn gebruikt. Om de technologie te implementeren, is het noodzakelijk om bepaalde machines en apparatuur te verwerven en in te zetten in overeenstemming met het ontwikkelingsplan voor de technologische lijn. Als gevolg van het project start CID-ROL met de productie van nieuwe producten zoals: innovatieve trechterbussen, innovatieve noten en innovatieve PE-HD-regranule met hoge sterkte en kwaliteit met basaltvezel. De kleine toevoeging van basaltvezels aan de PE-HD regranule zal de technische en nuttige kwaliteiten van dit materiaal aanzienlijk verhogen. Dankzij de veelzijdigheid van implementatie kan het zowel voor de productie van afgewerkte componenten als voor grondstoffen worden gebruikt. Als gevolg van de aanzienlijke toename van stijfheid, sterkte en andere parameters van dergelijke grondstoffen, zullen de in het aanbod geïntroduceerde producten worden gekenmerkt door hoge fysisch-chemische parameters.
