Wnioskodawca P.U.H. Mariusz Błaszczyk z siedzibą w Chodzieży oferujący obecnie 20 miejsc żłobkowych na terenie woj. wielkopolskiego w odpowiedzi na potrzeby osób zamieszkałych na terenie Miasta Chodzież wyłączonych z rynku pracy z powodu opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 zamierza – w Partnerstwie ze Stowarzyszeniem Osób po Endoprotezoplastyce Biodra„Bioderko” - zrealizować projekt, którego celem zwiększenie w Mieście Chodzież do VIII.2021 r. aktywności zawodowej 16 osób(14Ki2M) sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do 3 lat oraz wzrost w Mieście Chodzież liczby oferowanych trwałych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie w Mieście Chodzież w okresie od 01.IV.2020 r. do 31.VIII.2020 r. 16 nowych miejsc opieki nad dzieckiem do l.3 i zapewnienie ich bieżącego funkcjonowania w okresie od 01.IX.2020 do 31.VIII.2021 w nowo utworzonym oddziale Żłobka "Mali Odkrywcy" w Chodzieży.Wnioskodawca zamierza zatem zwiększyć o 16 oferowaną przez siebie na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego liczbę miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do 3 l. i utrzymać ją przez kolejne 2 lata.Dla zrealizowania ww. celu Partnerzy wyznaczyli w harmonogramie realizacji Prj 4 zadania:1) Dostosowanie oraz wyposażenie budynku w okresie 1.04.20- 31.08.20202) Doposażenie placu zabaw: 1.04.20- 31.08.20203-4) . Prowadzenie w Chodzieży w okresie: 01.IX.2020- 31.VIII.2021 r. 1 nowego oddziału żłobka dla 16 Dzieci.W wyniku ich realizacji zostaną uzyskane następujące efekty rzeczowe (produkty):1) 16 utworzone miejsca opieki nad DZ do 3 l. w Mieście Chodzież;2) 16 nowe miejsca opieki nad DZ do 3 l utworzone w projekcie zwiększające liczbę miejsc opieki prowadzonych przez Projektodawcę przed projektem;3) objęcie wsparciem w programie 16 osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do 3 l;4) zapewnienie 16 osobom pracującym opieki nad dzieckiem do 3 l., w tym zapewnienie jej 16 osobom z miast średnich tracących funkcje rozwojoweŁączna wartość projektu: 449.734,88 zł, w tym:22.486,77 zł wkładu własnego Wnioskodawcy. Mariusz Błaszczyk mit Sitz in Chodzieży bietet derzeit 20 Kinderkrippenplätze in der Woiwodschaft Wielkopolska als Reaktion auf die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Wohnsitz in der Stadt Chodzież an, die aufgrund der Betreuung von Kindern bis zum Alter von 3 Jahren vom Arbeitsmarkt ausgeschlossen sind, beabsichtigt – in Partnerschaft mit dem Personenverband nach der endoprotezoplastischen Biodra – ein Projekt durchzuführen, um in der Stadt Chodzie die Anzahl der ständigen Betreuungsorte für Kinder im Jahr 01.2020 durchzuführen. Ab 16.2020, 2020. durch die Schaffung eines neuen Betreuungsortes für Kinder im Alter von 3 Jahren, durch die Erstellung eines Betreuungsplans für Kinder im Alter von bis zu 3 Jahren im Jahr 2020 und durch die Erhöhung der Zahl der Betreuungsorte in der Stadt 01V3 im Jahr 01.2020.
