Ma to w efekcie wydłużyć okres aktywności zawodowej pracowników, poprawić komfort, dzięki czemu praca stanie się bardziej bezpieczna i efektywna. Dans le cadre du projet, l’entreprise a l’intention de moderniser les lieux de travail en les dotant d’immobilisations et d’équipements afin d’éliminer ou de réduire les facteurs de santé nuisibles ou excessivement contraignants. En conséquence, l’objectif est d’accroître la vie professionnelle des travailleurs, d’améliorer le confort, de rendre le travail plus sûr et plus efficace. In het kader van het project is het bedrijf voornemens de werkplekken te moderniseren door ze uit te rusten met vaste activa en apparatuur om gezondheidsfactoren die schadelijk of buitensporig belastend zijn, te elimineren of te verminderen. Als gevolg daarvan is het doel het beroepsleven van werknemers te vergroten, het comfort te verbeteren, het werk veiliger en efficiënter te maken.
