EFFETTO DEL PROGETTO: Ridurre il rischio di esclusione sociale attuando un sostegno per aumentare le possibilità dell'organismo pagatore di tornare all'attività socioprofessionale. Il gruppo [GD] è composto da 60 persone (38K/22M) che, alla data della prima forma di sostegno, soddisferanno i seguenti criteri cumulativi: 1. Età 18-64 anni; 2. Lo status di persona inattiva o disoccupata che richiede, in via prioritaria, servizi di inclusione attiva di natura sociale; 3. Lo status di una persona a rischio di povertà o di esclusione sociale a causa dell'uso o dell'ammissibilità alle SV; 4. Vivere, secondo il CC, in un'area con un livello di esclusione sociale superiore alla media nel Voivodato della Pomerania. NELL'AMBITO DELL'ATTUAZIONE E DEL TIPO DI PROGETTO. SONO PREVISTI I SEGUENTI SERVIZI DI INCLUSIONE ATTIVA: 1. Sviluppo dell'AG; 2. Consulenza psicologica; 3. Formazione di competenze e abilità sociali; 4. Orientamento professionale; 5. CEL: Przywrócenie zdolności 60 mieszkańców obszarów o ponadprzeciętnym poziomie wykluczenia społecznego w województwie pomorskim (62%K), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym ze względu na korzystanie/kwalifikowanie się do otrzymania świadczenia pomocy społecznej [PS], do udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym poprzez poprawę zdolności uczestników projektu [UP] do zatrudnienia w zawodach zgodnych z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego rynku pracy [RP] oraz włączenie społeczne w okresie 01.12.2019-30.06.2021. ZAKRES: Realizacja usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym, dopasowanych do predyspozycji UP i opowiadających na zapotrzebowanie lokalnego RP. EFEKT PROJEKTU: Ograniczenie zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez realizację wsparcia zwiększającego szanse UP na powrót do aktywności społeczno-zawodowej. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ [GD] stanowi 60 osób (38K/22M), które w dniu objęcia pierwszą formą wsparcia (IŚR) spełnią łącznie następujące kryteria: 1. Wiek 18-64 lata; 2. Status osoby biernej zawodowo lub bezrobotnej, wymagającej w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ.; 3. Status osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu korzystania lub kwalifikowania się do otrzymania PS; 4. Zamieszkiwanie, zgodnie z KC, na obszarze o ponadprzeciętnym poziomie wykluczenia społecznego w woj. pomorskim. W RAMACH REALIZACJI I TYPU PROJ. PLANUJE SIĘ NASTĘPUJĄCE USŁUGI AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI: 1. Opracowanie IŚR; 2. Poradnictwo psychologiczne; 3. Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych; 4. Doradztwo zawodowe; 5. Szkolenia zawodowe; 6. Pośrednictwo pracy; 7. Staże zawodowe. PROJEKT ZAKŁADA OSIĄGNIĘCIE PONIŻSZYCH REZULTATÓW: 1. Min. 34% UP poprawi swoją sytuację społeczną; 2. Min. 12% osób niepełnosprawnych [ON] i min. 25% pozostałych os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zdobędzie zatrudnienie i utrzyma je przez min. 3 m-ce po zakończeniu udziału w proj.; 3. OBJECTIVE: Restoring the capacity of 60 inhabitants of areas with above-average levels of social exclusion in Pomorskie voivodship (62 % K), at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to the use/qualification for social assistance [PS], to participate in socio-professional life by improving the ability of [OP] project participants to work in professions in line with the needs of the local labour market [RP] and social inclusion in the period 01.12.2019-30.06.2021. SCOPE: Implementation of active inclusion services of a social and professional nature, tailored to the predisposition of the PU and telling the needs of the local Republic of Poland. PROJECT EFFECT: Reduce the risk of social exclusion by implementing support to increase the chances of the PA to return to socio-professional activity. The [GD] group consists of 60 persons (38K/22M) who, on the date of the first form of support, will meet the following cumulative criteria: 1. Age 18-64; 2. The status of inactive or unemployed person requiring, as a priority, active inclusion services of a social nature; 3. The status of a person at risk of poverty or social exclusion because of the use or eligibility for FVCs; 4. Living, in accordance with the CC, in an area with an above-average level of social exclusion in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND TYPE OF PROJECT. THE FOLLOWING ACTIVE INCLUSION SERVICES ARE PLANNED: 1. Development of MA; 2. Psychological counselling; 3. Training of social competences and skills; 4. Career guidance; 5. Vocational training; 6. Placement of labour; 7. Internships. THE PROJECT AIMS TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: 1. At least 34 % of the UP will improve its social situation; 2. At least 12 % of persons with disabilities [ON] and at least 25 % of the remaining persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion will gain employment and maintain them for at least 3 months after the end of the project; 3. CHAMP D’APPLICATION: Mise en œuvre de services d’inclusion active de nature sociale et professionnelle, adaptés à la prédisposition de l’unité centrale et répondant aux besoins de la République de Pologne locale. EFFET DU PROJET: Réduire le risque d’exclusion sociale en mettant en place un soutien pour accroître les chances de l’Autorité palestinienne de revenir à l’activité socioprofessionnelle. Le groupe [GD] est composé de 60 personnes (38K/22M) qui, à la date de la première forme de soutien, répondront aux critères cumulatifs suivants: 1. 18 à 64 ans; 2. Le statut de personne inactive ou de chômeur nécessitant, en priorité, des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale; 3. Le statut d’une personne exposée au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale en raison de l’utilisation ou de l’éligibilité aux sociétés-écrans; 4. Vivre, conformément au CC, dans une zone où le niveau d’exclusion sociale est supérieur à la moyenne dans la voïvodie de Poméranie. DANS LE CADRE DE LA MISE EN ŒUVRE ET DU TYPE DE PROJET. LES SERVICES D’INCLUSION ACTIVE SUIVANTS SONT PRÉVUS: 1. Développement de l’AMM; 2. Des conseils psychologiques; 3. La formation de compétences et d’aptitudes sociales; 4. ZIEL: Wiederherstellung der Kapazität von 60 Einwohnern in Gebieten mit überdurchschnittlichem Niveau der sozialen Ausgrenzung in der Woiwodschaft Pomorskie (62 % K), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aufgrund der Inanspruchnahme/Qualifikation für Sozialhilfe [PS] bedroht sind, um am sozioprofessionellen Leben teilzunehmen, indem die Fähigkeit der Projektteilnehmer, in Berufen zu arbeiten, entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes [RP] und der sozialen Eingliederung im Zeitraum 01.12.2019-30.06.2021 verbessert wird. ANWENDUNGSBEREICH: Einführung aktiver Integrationsdienstleistungen sozialer und beruflicher Art, die auf die Prädisposition der PU zugeschnitten sind und den Bedürfnissen der örtlichen Republik Polen Rechnung tragen. WIRKUNG DES PROJEKTS: Verringerung des Risikos der sozialen Ausgrenzung durch die Umsetzung von Unterstützung, um die Chancen der PA auf Rückkehr zu sozial-professionellen Aktivitäten zu erhöhen. Die [GD]-Gruppe besteht aus 60 Personen (38K/22M), die zum Zeitpunkt der ersten Form der Unterstützung die folgenden kumulativen Kriterien erfüllen: 1. Alter 18-64; 2. Den Status eines nicht erwerbstätigen oder arbeitslosen Menschen, der vorrangig aktive Eingliederungsdienste sozialer Art benötigt; 3. Den Status einer von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Person aufgrund der Nutzung oder des Anspruchs auf FMKG; 4. In Übereinstimmung mit dem ZK in einem Gebiet mit überdurchschnittlicher sozialer Ausgrenzung in der Woiwodschaft Pommern leben. IM RAHMEN DER DURCHFÜHRUNG UND ART DES PROJEKTS. FOLGENDE DIENSTE ZUR AKTIVEN EINGLIEDERUNG SIND GEPLANT: 1. Entwicklung der Verwaltungsbehörde; 2. Psychologische Beratung; 3. Ausbildung von sozialen Kompetenzen und Kompetenzen; 4. Berufsberatung; 5. Berufsausbildung; 6. Vermittlung von Arbeitskräften; 7. Praktika. DAS PROJEKT ZIELT DARAUF AB, FOLGENDE ERGEBNISSE ZU ERZIELEN: 1. Mindestens 34 % der Bevölkerungsgruppe werden ihre soziale Lage verbessern; 2. DOELSTELLING: Herstel van de capaciteit van 60 inwoners van gebieden met een bovengemiddeld niveau van sociale uitsluiting in het woiwodschap Pomorskie (62 % K), die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting als gevolg van het gebruik/kwalificatie voor sociale bijstand [PS], om deel te nemen aan het sociaal-professionele leven door de [OP] projectdeelnemers beter in staat te stellen in beroepen te werken overeenkomstig de behoeften van de lokale arbeidsmarkt [RP] en sociale inclusie in de periode 1.12.2019-30.06.2021. TOEPASSINGSGEBIED: Invoering van diensten voor actieve inclusie van sociale en professionele aard, afgestemd op de aanleg van de PU en de behoeften van de lokale Republiek Polen. EFFECT VAN HET PROJECT: Het risico op sociale uitsluiting te verminderen door steun te verlenen om de kans van de PA om terug te keren naar sociaal-professionele activiteiten te vergroten. De [GD]-groep bestaat uit 60 personen (38K/22M) die op de datum van de eerste vorm van steun aan de volgende cumulatieve criteria voldoen: 1. Leeftijd van 18-64 jaar; 2. De status van inactieve of werkloze die bij voorrang actieve inclusiediensten van sociale aard nodig heeft; 3. De status van een persoon die risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting vanwege het gebruik van of het recht op LFI’s; 4. Wonen, in overeenstemming met de CC, in een gebied met een bovengemiddeld niveau van sociale uitsluiting in het woiwodschap Pommeren. ALS ONDERDEEL VAN DE UITVOERING EN HET TYPE PROJECT. DE VOLGENDE DIENSTEN VOOR ACTIEVE INCLUSIE ZIJN GEPLAND: 1. Ontwikkeling van MA; 2. Psychologische begeleiding; 3. Opleiding van sociale competenties en vaardigheden; 4. Loopbaanbegeleiding; 5. Beroepsopleiding; 6. Arbeidsbemiddeling; 7. Stageplaatsen. HET PROJECT HEEFT TOT DOEL DE VOLGENDE RESULTATEN TE BEREIKEN: 1. Ten minste 34 % van de UP zal de sociale situatie verbeteren; 2.
