L'obiettivo principale è quello di aumentare le competenze del gruppo e le competenze chiave in almeno il 90 % dei 50 studenti (15K) del Prof. Janusz Groszkowski School Complex di Radomsk (di seguito: ZSEE) aumentando le loro possibilità sul mercato del lavoro, attraverso, tra l'altro, l'attuazione di stage e corsi, nonché l'aumento delle competenze degli insegnanti ZAW 24 (6K,18M) di ZSEE, migliorando, tra l'altro, la qualità dell'insegnamento nello ZSEE dotando, tra l'altro, le attrezzature necessarie per l'istruzione. Girati verso il cerchio. Dall'1.5.2020 al 31.8.2022. Doc. GR del Voivodato di Łódź — 50 studenti (15-K) di ZSEE e fino a 24 insegnanti (6K) di istruzione incl. Il progetto sarà coperto da UCZ della Classe II — III nel 2020/2021, dalle direzioni delle classi Technik: elettronica, elettricista, organizzazione pubblicitaria e specialista IT. In proj. 50 studenti (15 studenti) terranno stage con datori di lavoro di 150 h/UCZ e forniranno loro le conoscenze necessarie sul mercato del lavoro, 50 UCZ parteciperanno a classi di competenze chiave, 24 insegnanti parteciperanno a corsi di formazione e corsi, e le aule scolastiche saranno dotate di attrezzature secondo la base del programma. I principali indicatori raggiunti nell'ambito del progetto sono i seguenti: • numero di scuole e istituti di istruzione che utilizzano retrofit acquistati tramite il FSE — 2. • il numero di insegnanti in formazione e di istruttori professionali che hanno ottenuto qualifiche o competenze acquisite è 22. • il numero di alunni delle scuole e degli istituti di istruzione che partecipano a tirocini e tirocini presso il datore di lavoro è di 50. Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zaw. i kluczowych u min. 90% z 50 uczniów (15K) Zespołu Szkół Elektryczno – Elektronicznych im. prof. Janusza Groszkowskiego w Radomsku (dalej: ZSEE) zwiększające ich szanse na rynku pracy, przez m.in. realizację staży i kursów, a także podniesienie kompetencji ZAW 24 (6K,18M) nauczycieli z ZSEE, przez m.in. kursy oraz podniesienie jakości nauczania w ZSEE przez m.in. wyposażenie w sprzęt niezbędny do kształ. ZAW w okr. 01.05.2020 do 31.08.2022. Gr doc z woj. łódzkiego - 50 uczniów/czennic (15 - K) z ZSEE oraz do 24 nauczycieli (6K) kształcenia zaw. Proj zostaną objęci UCZ z klas II - III w 2020/2021, z kierunków klas Technik: elektronik, elektryk, organizacji reklamy oraz informatyk. Gr doc jest zg. z SzOOP RPOWŁ i Regul. Konk. W proj. 50 uczniów (15 uczennic) ZSEE odbędzie staże u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h/UCZ i wezmą udział w kursach wyposaż. w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy, 50 UCZ weźmie udział w zajęciach zwiększających kompetencje kluczowe, 24 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i kursach, a pracownie szkolne zostaną doposażone w sprzęt zg. z podstawą programową. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS – 2. • liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje – 22. • liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 50. The main objective is to raise the competences of the group and key competences in at least 90 % of 50 students (15K) of the Prof. Janusz Groszkowski School Complex in Radomsk (hereinafter: ZSEE) increasing their chances on the labour market, by, among others, implementing internships and courses, as well as increasing the competences of ZAW 24 (6K,18M) teachers from ZSEE, by, among others, improving the quality of teaching in the ZSEE by, among others, equipping with the equipment necessary for the education. Die wichtigsten im Rahmen des Projekts erzielten Indikatoren sind: • Zahl der Schulen und Bildungseinrichtungen, die über den ESF erworbene Nachrüstungen nutzen – 2. • die Zahl der Induktionslehrer und Berufslehrer, die Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen erworben haben, beträgt 22. • die Zahl der Schüler an Schulen und Bildungseinrichtungen, die an Praktika und Praktika mit dem Arbeitgeber teilnehmen, beträgt 50.
