L'oggetto del progetto sarà quello di aumentare la capacità produttiva dell'impianto e diversificarne la produzione introducendo nuovi prodotti nell'offerta dell'azienda (in termini di novità delle loro caratteristiche e funzionalità). L'investimento è un nuovo investimento in immobilizzazioni materiali, consistente nell'acquisizione di una linea tecnologica innovativa per la produzione di cilindri idraulici con lunghezza di corsa fino a 10 m, la cui realizzazione sarà utilizzata da 4 macchine (acquistate nella prima fase dell'investimento) e per l'assemblaggio di cilindri idraulici di funzionamento bidirezionale, che saranno utilizzati da una sola macchina (acquistata nella seconda fase dell'investimento). La prima fase dell'attuazione del progetto consisterà nella selezione dei fornitori di macchinari acquistati conformemente alle norme in materia di appalti stabilite nel POR PP. Il richiedente intende avviare contemporaneamente la procedura di selezione per tutti i dispositivi e avviarla alla fine di marzo 2016. Il bilancio del progetto è suddiviso in due compiti. Una volta consegnate tutte le macchine di produzione e la loro installazione, verrà lanciata l'intera linea di produzione, sarà realizzata una serie pilota di prodotti e si avvierà la produzione. Completamento della fase: 30.06.2017. Una volta completato il compito, sarà possibile sfruttare appieno l'infrastruttura creata dal progetto. Przedmiotem projektu będzie zwiększenie zdolności produkcyjnej zakładu oraz dywersyfikacja jego produkcji poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty firmy nowych produktów (w zakresie nowości ich cech i funkcjonalności). Inwestycja jest inwestycją nową w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe,polega na nabyciu innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do produkcji siłowników hydraulicznych o długości skoku do 10 m, której wdrożeniu będą służyć 4 maszyny (zakupione w I etapie inwestycji) oraz do montażu siłowników hydraulicznych dwustronnego działania, któremu będzie służyć jedna maszyna (zakupiona w II etapie inwestycji). Pierwszym krokiem w realizacji projektu będzie wybór dostawców zakupywanych maszyn zgodnie z zasadami w zakresie udzielania zamówień określonymi w ramach RPO WZ. Wnioskodawca zamierza uruchomić procedurę wyboru wszystkich urządzeń jednocześnie i rozpocząć ją pod koniec marca 2016 roku. Budżet projektu podzielony jest na dwa zadania. Po dostarczeniu wszystkich maszyn produkcyjnych i ich instalacji nastąpi uruchomienie całej linii produkcyjnej, wykonanie pilotażowej serii produktów oraz uruchomienie produkcji. Zakończenie etapu: 30.06.2017. Po zakończeniu realizacji zadania możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie infrastruktury powstałej w wyniku projektu. The object of the project will be to increase the production capacity of the plant and diversify its production by introducing new products to the company’s offer (in terms of new features and functionality). The investment is a new investment in tangible fixed assets, it consists of the acquisition of an innovative technological line for the production of hydraulic cylinders with a stroke length of up to 10 m, which will be implemented by 4 machines (purchased in the first stage of the investment) and the assembly of hydraulic actuators, which will be used by one machine (purchased in the second stage of the investment). The first step in the implementation of the project will be the selection of suppliers of purchased machinery in accordance with the procurement rules laid down in the ROP WZ. The applicant intends to launch the procedure for selecting all devices simultaneously and start it at the end of March 2016. The budget of the project is divided into two tasks. After the delivery of all production machinery and their installation, the entire production line, the pilot product series and production start will be launched. Completion of the phase: 30.06.2017. Once the task is completed, it will be possible to make full use of the infrastructure created by the project. The company has technical resources, resources and knowledge to ensure the proper execution of the process. (English)

Le projet aura pour objet d’augmenter la capacité de production de l’usine et de diversifier sa production en introduisant de nouveaux produits à l’offre de l’entreprise (en termes de nouveauté de leurs caractéristiques et de leur fonctionnalité). L’investissement est un nouvel investissement dans les immobilisations corporelles, consistant en l’acquisition d’une ligne technologique innovante pour la production de cylindres hydrauliques d’une longueur de course allant jusqu’à 10 m, dont la mise en œuvre sera utilisée par 4 machines (achetées dans la première étape de l’investissement) et pour l’assemblage de cylindres hydrauliques de fonctionnement bidirectionnel, qui seront utilisés par une machine (achetée dans la deuxième étape de l’investissement). La première étape de la mise en œuvre du projet consistera à sélectionner les fournisseurs de machines achetées conformément aux règles de passation des marchés établies dans le PP ROP. La requérante a l’intention de lancer simultanément la procédure de sélection pour tous les appareils et de la lancer à la fin du mois de mars 2016. Le budget du projet est divisé en deux tâches. Une fois que toutes les machines de production et leur installation auront été livrées, toute la ligne de production sera lancée, une série pilote de produits sera réalisée et la production commencera. Achèvement de la phase: 30.06.2017. Une fois la tâche achevée, il sera possible d’exploiter pleinement l’infrastructure créée par le projet. Gegenstand des Projekts ist es, die Produktionskapazität der Anlage zu erhöhen und ihre Produktion zu diversifizieren, indem neue Produkte in das Angebot des Unternehmens aufgenommen werden (in Bezug auf die Neuheit ihrer Merkmale und Funktionalität). Bei der Investition handelt es sich um eine neue Investition in Sachanlagen, bestehend aus dem Erwerb einer innovativen Technologielinie für die Herstellung von Hydraulikzylindern mit einer Hublänge von bis zu 10 m, deren Umsetzung von 4 Maschinen (die in der ersten Investitionsphase erworben wurden) und für die Montage von Hydraulikzylindern im Zweiwegebetrieb, die von einer Maschine (im zweiten Investitionsstadium gekauft) verwendet werden. Der erste Schritt bei der Durchführung des Projekts wird die Auswahl der Lieferanten von gekauften Maschinen gemäß den im ROP PP festgelegten Vergabevorschriften sein. Der Antragsteller beabsichtigt, das Auswahlverfahren für alle Geräte gleichzeitig einzuleiten und Ende März 2016 einzuleiten. Das Budget des Projekts ist in zwei Aufgaben unterteilt. Sobald alle Produktionsmaschinen und ihre Installation geliefert wurden, wird die gesamte Produktionslinie ins Leben gerufen, eine Pilotserie von Produkten hergestellt und die Produktion gestartet. Abschluss der Phase: 30.06.2017. Sobald die Aufgabe abgeschlossen ist, wird es möglich sein, die durch das Projekt geschaffene Infrastruktur in vollem Umfang zu nutzen. Het project heeft tot doel de productiecapaciteit van de fabriek te vergroten en de productie ervan te diversifiëren door nieuwe producten in het aanbod van de onderneming te introduceren (in termen van nieuwheid van hun kenmerken en functionaliteit). De investering is een nieuwe investering in materiële vaste activa, bestaande uit de aankoop van een innovatieve technologische lijn voor de productie van hydraulische cilinders met een slaglengte van maximaal 10 m, waarvan de uitvoering zal worden gebruikt door vier machines (aangekocht in de eerste fase van de investering) en voor de assemblage van hydraulische cilinders in tweerichtingsverkeer, die door één machine zullen worden gebruikt (aangekocht in de tweede fase van de investering). De eerste stap in de uitvoering van het project is de selectie van leveranciers van aangekochte machines overeenkomstig de aanbestedingsregels van het ROP PP. De aanvrager is voornemens de selectieprocedure voor alle hulpmiddelen tegelijkertijd te starten en deze eind maart 2016 te starten. Het budget van het project is verdeeld in twee taken. Zodra alle productiemachines en hun installatie zijn geleverd, zal de gehele productielijn worden gelanceerd, zal een proefreeks van producten worden gemaakt en zal de productie worden gestart.
