L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di allertare e allertare la popolazione circa le minacce legate a minacce terroristiche, naturali, tecniche, eventi atmosferici in tempo di pace e avvisi sulle minacce provenienti dall'aria, dalla contaminazione chimica e biologica durante la guerra. Come parte del progetto, verranno acquistati 10 punti di allarme, 1 centro di allarme distrettuale e software con chiave di licenza di API SAOL, che vi permetterà di collegare direttamente PA di recente installazione al sistema Voivodeship Mazowieckie. Il progetto effettuerà anche una campagna di promozione per sensibilizzare l'opinione pubblica locale sui rischi, su come saranno informati e su come comportarsi in caso di minaccia. Projekt polega na zbudowaniu systemu wczesnego ostrzegania przed zjawiskami katastrofalnymi w 8 gminach powiatu przysuskiego (Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Potworów, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów, Gielniów), projekt obejmuje swoim zasięgiem cały powiat. Celem projektu jest ostrzeganie i alarmowanie ludności o zagrożeniach związanych z zagrożeniami terrorystycznymi, katastrofami naturalnymi, technicznymi, zjawiskami atmosferycznymi w czasie pokoju oraz alarmowanie o zagrożeniach z powietrza, skażeniach chemicznych, biologicznych w czasie wojny. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupionych 10 Punktów Alarmowych, 1 Centrala Alarmowa Powiatowa i oprogramowanie z kluczem licencyjnym programu API SAOL, który umożliwi bezpośrednie podłączenie nowo zainstalowanych PA do systemu Województwa Mazowieckiego. W ramach projektu zostanie też przeprowadzona również akcja promocyjna mająca na celu zwiększenie świadomości społeczeństwa lokalnego o zagrożeniach, w jaki sposób będą oni informowani oraz jak się zachować w przypadku wystąpienia zagrożenia. The project consists of building an early warning system against catastrophic phenomena in 8 gminas of Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Monsters, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów and Gielniów. The aim of the project is to warn and alert the population of threats related to terrorist threats, natural and technical disasters, atmospheric phenomena during peacetime and to alert about threats from the air, chemical and biological pollution during the war. As part of the project, 10 Emergency Points, 1 District Alarm Center and software with the license key of the API SAOL program will be purchased, which will allow the direct connection of newly installed PAs to the Mazowiecki Voivodeship system. The project will also carry out a promotional action to increase local public awareness of the threats, how they will be informed and how to behave in the event of a threat. (English)

Le projet consiste en la construction d’un système d’alerte précoce contre les perturbations naturelles dans 8 communes du comté de Przysuskie (Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Monsters, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów, Gielniów), le projet couvre l’ensemble du district. L’objectif du projet est d’alerter et d’alerter la population contre les menaces liées aux menaces terroristes, aux événements atmosphériques naturels, techniques et en temps de paix, ainsi qu’aux alertes sur les menaces de contamination atmosphérique, chimique et biologique pendant la guerre. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau eines Frühwarnsystems gegen natürliche Störungen in 8 Gemeinden des Landkreises Przysuskie (Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Monsters, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów, Gielniów), das Projekt umfasst den gesamten Bezirk. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Bevölkerung vor Bedrohungen im Zusammenhang mit terroristischen Bedrohungen, natürlichen, technischen, friedlichen atmosphärischen Ereignissen und Warnungen über Bedrohungen durch die Luft, chemische und biologische Kontaminationen während des Krieges zu warnen und zu warnen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden 10 Alarmpunkte, 1 District Alarm Center und Software mit Lizenzschlüssel von API SAOL erworben, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, neu installierte PAs direkt mit dem Woiwodschaftssystem Mazowieckie zu verbinden. Het project bestaat uit de bouw van een systeem voor vroegtijdige waarschuwing tegen natuurlijke verstoringen in 8 gemeenten van de provincie Przysuskie (Przysucha, Klwów, Odrzywół, Monsters, Wieniawa, Borkowice, Rusinów, Gielniów), het project bestrijkt het hele district.
