    his EXODIAGNOS project proposal addresses the development of novel approach for tumor diagnostics. A new selective, early-stage, non-invasive, express cancer diagnostic procedure utilizing exosomal vesiclesand their content recognition by specially designed narrow bandwidth active/passive nano- andmicrophotonic sensors will be proposed for clinical trials.Our approach is based on three recently suggested novelties.(i) Recognition of exosomal biomarkers – surface and intravesicular proteins and mRNA and DNA nucleic acids – as tumor markers.(ii) Amplitude and phase detection methods using narrow band localized plasmonic resonances and resonances in microcavities, to make a breakthrough in the sensitivity and selectivity of the respective bioand environmental sensors.(iii) Ultra-sensitive detection promised by Active Plasmonic Platform (quantum emitters coupled with the plasmonic nanoresonators and/or microresonators).     sein Projektvorschlag EXODIAGNOS befasst sich mit der Entwicklung eines neuartigen Ansatzes für die Tumordiagnostik. Für klinische Studien wird ein neues selektives, frühes, nicht-invasives, Express-Krebsdiagnostikverfahren unter Verwendung exosomaler Vesikel und deren inhaltlicher Erkennung durch speziell entwickelte, aktive/passive Nano- und Mikrophotonische Sensoren vorgeschlagen. Unser Ansatz basiert auf drei kürzlich vorgeschlagenen Neuheiten. i) Anerkennung exosomaler Biomarkeroberflächen und Intravesikproteine sowie mRNA- und DNA-Nukleinsäuren als Tumormarker.ii) Amplitude und Phasendetektionsmethoden mit engbandigen lokalisierten Plasmaresonanzen und Resonanzen in Mikrokavitäten, um einen Durchbruch in den jeweiligen Mikroplasmen zu ermöglichen. Een nieuwe selectieve, vroege, niet-invasieve, express kanker diagnostische procedure met behulp van exosomale vesicles en hun inhoud herkenning door speciaal ontworpen smalle bandbreedte actieve/passieve nano- en microfotonische sensoren zal worden voorgesteld voor klinische proeven.Onze aanpak is gebaseerd op drie onlangs voorgestelde Novelties.i) Erkenning van exosomale biomarkers oppervlakte en intravesiculaire eiwitten en mRNA en DNA nucleic zuren als tumor markers.ii) amplitude en fase detectie methoden met behulp van smalle band gelokaliseerde plasonanties en resonanties in microcaviteiten, om een doorbraak te maken in de gevoeligheid en selectiviteit van de respectieve omgevingsgevoelige sensoren.
