Projekt si klade za cíl zkvalitnit využívání metody MA21 na Městském úřadě v Kroměříži, což povede k větší transparentnosti, otevřenosti a kvalitě fungování úřadu. Je zaměřen na podporu zapojování veřejnosti do rozhodovacích procesů, osvětu a propagaci udržitelného rozvoje města, vzdělávání úředníků v této oblasti a realizaci kampaní (Den Země, Evropský týden mobility, Dny zdraví).
