Projekt reaguje na problém neefektivního systému prevence recidivy vězněných osob vytvořením souboru intervencí pro CS postavených na nové kvalitě kooperace věznice a NNO. Propojením standardizovaných postupů vězeňských pracovníků a podpůrnýchintegračních služeb (kombinace kognitivně behaviorálních programů s podpůrnými službami pro sociální a ekonomickou integraci) realizovaných NNO zlepší akceschopnost těchto aktérů a zvýší efektivitu realizovaných intervencí u CS.
