Předmětný objekt vykazuje ve stávajícím stavu vysokou energetickou náročnost, která se odráží ve vysokých provozních nákladech. Cílem projektu je snížení nákladů na vytápění v objektu. Snížení energetické náročnosti bude dosaženo zateplením vnějších obvodových stěn a střechy. Pokles nákladů bude mít příznivých ekonomický dopad jak na vlastníka objektu tak na nájemce. (Czech)

The object in question shows a high energy intensity in the current state, which is reflected in high operating costs. The aim of the project is to reduce heating costs in the building. The reduction of energy intensity will be achieved by insulated outer perimeter walls and roofs. The decrease in costs will have a favourable economic impact on both the owner of the building and the tenants. (English)

Le bâtiment a une intensité énergétique élevée dans son état actuel, ce qui se traduit par des coûts d’exploitation élevés. L’objectif du projet est de réduire le coût du chauffage dans le bâtiment. La réduction de l’intensité énergétique sera réalisée en isolant les murs périphériques externes et les toits. La diminution des coûts aura une incidence économique positive tant sur le propriétaire de l’immeuble que sur les locataires. (French)

Das Gebäude hat eine hohe Energieintensität im aktuellen Zustand, was sich in hohen Betriebskosten widerspiegelt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Heizkosten im Gebäude zu senken. Die Verringerung der Energieintensität wird durch die Isolierung von äußeren Peripheriewänden und Dächern erreicht. Der Kostenrückgang wird sich sowohl auf den Eigentümer des Gebäudes als auch auf die Mieter positiv auswirken. (German)

Het gebouw heeft een hoge energie-intensiteit in zijn huidige staat, wat tot uiting komt in hoge exploitatiekosten. Het doel van het project is de kosten van verwarming in het gebouw te verlagen. De energie-intensiteit zal worden verminderd door externe randmuren en daken te isoleren. De daling van de kosten zal een positief economisch effect hebben op zowel de eigenaar van het gebouw als de huurders. (Dutch)
