Projekt navazuje a rozšiřuje již zrealizované aktivity v rámci projekt výzvy č. 89 (OP LZZ) a to především na vytvořenou Strategii ŘLZ, kterou doplňuje o nové oblasti ŘLZ při použití nových nástrojů řízení LZ a také reaguje na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb, kdy dochází ke zvýšení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců na základě této analýzy.Mimo tyto navazující oblasti řeší projekt manažerský audit, nastavení systému komunikace jak uvnitř úřadu, tak směrem ke klientům/veřejnosti. The project builds up and expands the already implemented activities within the Call No. 89 (OP LZZ) project, especially to the created Strategy of ŘLZ, supplemented by new areas of HSY using new tools of LZ management and also responds to the analysis of educational needs, where the knowledge and skills of employees are increased on the basis of this analysis.Besides these related areas, the project solves management audit, setting the communication system both inside the office and towards clients/public. Le projet s’appuie sur et étend les activités déjà mises en œuvre dans le cadre de l’appel de projets no 89 (OP LZZ) et principalement à la stratégie établie de HSY, qu’il complète avec de nouveaux domaines de HSY en utilisant de nouveaux outils de gestion de LZ et répond également à l’analyse des besoins de formation, où les connaissances et les compétences des employés sont renforcées sur la base de cette analyse. Das Projekt baut auf und erweitert die bereits umgesetzten Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Projektaufforderung Nr. 89 (OP LZZ) und vor allem auf die etablierte Strategie von HSY, die es ergänzt durch neue HSY-Bereiche mit neuen Werkzeugen für die Verwaltung von LZ und reagiert auch auf die Analyse des Schulungsbedarfs, wo das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter auf der Grundlage dieser Analyse erhöht werden. Het project bouwt voort op en breidt de reeds uitgevoerde activiteiten uit binnen projectoproep nr. 89 (OP LZZ) en vooral naar de gevestigde strategie van HSY, die het aanvult met nieuwe gebieden van HSY met behulp van nieuwe instrumenten voor het beheer van LZ en beantwoordt ook aan de analyse van opleidingsbehoeften, waarbij de kennis en vaardigheden van medewerkers op basis van deze analyse worden vergroot. Naast deze gerelateerde gebieden lost het project de projectmanagementaudit op, het opzetten van het communicatiesysteem zowel binnen het kantoor als naar klanten/publiek. (Dutch)
