Le projet de rénovation du CGEP n°8 vise à créer un espace de travail adapté aux besoins des agents, tout en s'inscrivant dans une démarche de développement durable. Il a notamment été veillé à ce que la conception et la construction du bâtiment respectent un niveau d'efficacité énergétique exemplaire, répondant ainsi aux objectifs du Plan Climat de Bordeaux Métropole. Un soutien européen permettra de remplir un objectif de performance énergétique de 150 kWc.Le projet vise ainsi à rénover un bâtiment durable et performant, à la fois agréable et fonctionnel pour les agents et respectueux de l'environnement. Das Projekt zur Renovierung des CGEP Nr. 8 zielt darauf ab, einen auf die Bedürfnisse der Bediensteten zugeschnittenen Arbeitsbereich zu schaffen und gleichzeitig einen nachhaltigen Entwicklungsansatz zu verfolgen. Insbesondere wurde dafür gesorgt, dass die Planung und der Bau des Gebäudes ein vorbildliches Maß an Energieeffizienz gewährleisten und damit den Zielen des Klimaplans von Bordeaux Métropole gerecht werden. Mit einer europäischen Unterstützung wird ein Energieeffizienzziel von 150 kWc erreicht. Das Projekt zielt auf die Renovierung eines nachhaltigen und leistungsfähigen Gebäudes ab, das sowohl für die Mitarbeiter als auch für die Umwelt angenehm und funktional ist. (German)

Het renovatieproject van CGEP nr. 8 heeft tot doel een werkruimte te creëren die is aangepast aan de behoeften van het personeel en deel uitmaakt van een aanpak van duurzame ontwikkeling. Er is met name voor gezorgd dat bij het ontwerp en de bouw van het gebouw een voorbeeldig niveau van energie-efficiëntie in acht wordt genomen, waardoor de doelstellingen van het klimaatplan Bordeaux Métropole worden gehaald. Europese steun zal bijdragen tot het bereiken van een energieprestatiedoelstelling van 150 kWc. Het project heeft tot doel een duurzaam en efficiënt gebouw te renoveren dat zowel aangenaam als functioneel is voor het personeel en het milieu respecteert. (Dutch)

In particolare, è stato garantito che la progettazione e la costruzione dell'edificio rispettino un livello esemplare di efficienza energetica, rispondendo così agli obiettivi del Piano Climatico Métropole di Bordeaux.
