Implanté en Guyane en 2000, la « Société Guyanaise Rapid Béton », par abréviation « SGRB », assure l’achat, la fabrication, la distribution et la vente de tous les matériaux de constructions, plus précisément la production et la commercialisation de béton prêt à l’emploi et divers éléments de préfabriqués destinés aux activité des bâtiments et de travaux publics sur l’ensemble du territoire. Etant le seul producteur de la région, l’entreprise doit répondre aux besoins des constructeurs en offrant le meilleur produit au meilleur tarif mais elle doit également maintenir une compétitivité. Pour ce faire, elle doit inévitablement avoir recourt à l’importation de certaines marchandises. Ainsi, elle présente une demande d’aide au fret constituée en trois phases. Chacune de ces phases correspondent à une année, soit 2014, 2015 et 2016. (French)

As the only producer in the region, the company must meet the needs of manufacturers by offering the best product at the best price, but it must also maintain competitiveness. In order to do so, it must inevitably have resorted to the importation of certain goods. Thus, it submits a three-phase application for freight aid. Each of these phases corresponds to one year, 2014, 2015 and 2016. (English)

Die im Jahr 2000 in Guyana ansässige „Société Guyanaise Rapid Béton“ übernimmt mit der Abkürzung „SGRB“ den Kauf, die Herstellung, den Vertrieb und den Verkauf aller Baumaterialien, insbesondere die Herstellung und Vermarktung von Fertigbeton und verschiedenen Fertigteilen für die Tätigkeit von Gebäuden und öffentlichen Arbeiten im gesamten Gebiet. Als einziger Hersteller in der Region muss das Unternehmen den Bedürfnissen der Hersteller gerecht werden, indem es das beste Produkt zum besten Preis anbietet, aber auch seine Wettbewerbsfähigkeit aufrechterhalten muss. Dazu muss sie zwangsläufig auf die Einfuhr bestimmter Waren zurückgreifen. So stellt sie einen Antrag auf Beihilfe für den Güterverkehr, der in drei Phasen besteht. Als enige producent in de regio moet het bedrijf aan de behoeften van de fabrikanten voldoen door het beste product tegen de beste prijs aan te bieden, maar moet het ook het concurrentievermogen behouden. Daartoe moet zij onvermijdelijk een beroep hebben gedaan op de invoer van bepaalde goederen. Zo dient zij een driefasenaanvraag in voor vrachtsteun.
