Créée en 2013 suite à la Liquidation Judiciaire de l'Entreprise TRW (sous-traitant automobile), par un cadre de l'entreprise et avec la participation d'une holding de salariés pour 30%. Cette reprise a permis la sauvegarde de 82 emplois ayant un savoir-faire important et reconnu en conception, développement de produits et fabrication. la Société a la confiance des constructeurs nationaux et européens : elle a reçu le prix "best plant 2017" par le groupe PSA. Elle réalise 58% de son CA à l'export. Dans un secteur très concurrentiel et exigent, elle réussit à s'imposer par sa qualité et sa compétitivité. Elle a de nombreux partenariats en R&D notamment avec BETA EPSILON (voiture électriques). Elle envisage le remplacement d'une ligne d'usinage de composants par le remplacement de 2 robots et l'amélioration de la ligne , ainsi que l'acquisition d'un pôle d'usinage automatisé haute performance de 4 machines.
