The operation proposed by the SEM Renewed City — Plaine Images consists of the provision of a resource place, known as “totem place”, improving the visibility of service offerings to the creation of activities, thus making it possible to disseminate the entrepreneurial spirit, to facilitate accessibility to local actors and facilities and to develop the creation and sustainability of economic activities mainly in the intercommunal district Blanc Seau — Croix Bas St-Pierre in Tourcoing but also in other priority areas of the Policy of the City of Tourcoing and the neighbouring municipalities (Roubaix, Wattrelos). Die von der SEM Stadt Renouvelée – Plaine Images vorgeschlagene Maßnahme besteht in der Bereitstellung eines „Totem“-Standortes, der die Sichtbarkeit der Dienstleistungsangebote für die Schaffung von Aktivitäten verbessert, so dass der Unternehmergeist verbreitet, die Zugänglichkeit für lokale Akteure und Einrichtungen erleichtert und die Schaffung und Nachhaltigkeit der wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten vor allem im interkommunalen Viertel Blanc Seau – Croix Bas St-Pierre in Tourcoing, aber auch in anderen vorrangigen Bereichen der Politik der Stadt Tourcoing und der benachbarten Gemeinden (Roubaix, Wattrelos) gefördert werden.
