È una città conosciuta per il suo Jazz Festival di fama internazionale attraverso il quale 70.000 visitatori del festival passano in 10 giorni. Finora Coutances possedeva un sito web puramente informativo creato 4 anni fa. 5000-6500 visitatori passano attraverso il sito ogni mese. Solo questo sito è pesante da caricare a causa del suo design (multitudine di zone reattive, tabelle, testi giustificati), dispone di un menu fisso che non consente di essere adattato alle mutevoli esigenze (le aree reattive devono ritoccare il modello per ritoccare il menu). Al di fuori del sito, nessun servizio all'amministratore è offerto se non per i riferimenti a "service-public.fr Si prega di notare che Coutances ha la sua pagina Facebook, creata nel mese di febbraio 2015 e con quasi 900 abbonati. PrésentationLa Ville de Coutances compte un peu plus de 8000 habitants au dernier recensement. C'est une Ville connue pour son festival de Jazz à la renommée internationale par lequel transitent 70 000 festivaliers en 10 jours. Coutances est « Ville d'art et d'histoire et sa cathédrale et son édifice le plus représentatif. Communication webJusqu'à ce jour Coutances possédait un site purement informatif créé il y a 4 ans. 5000 à 6500 visiteurs passent par le site chaque mois. Seulement ce site est lourd à charger de par sa conception (multitude de zones réactives, tableaux, textes justifiés), possède un menu figé ne permettant pas de l'adapter à l'évolution des besoins (zones réactives nécessité de retoucher le template pour retoucher le menu). En dehors du site, aucun service à l'administré n'est proposé si ce n'est des renvois vers « service-public.fr A noter que Coutances possède sa page Facebook, créée en février 2015 et comptant presque 900 abonnés. Es ist eine Stadt, die für ihr international renommiertes Jazz-Festival bekannt ist, über das 70.000 Festivals in 10 Tagen durchqueren. Coutances ist "Stadt der Kunst und Geschichte und seine Kathedrale und das repräsentativste Gebäude. Bisher besaß Coutances eine rein informative Website, die vor 4 Jahren erstellt wurde. 5000 bis 6.500 Besucher gehen jeden Monat durch die Website. Nur diese Website ist aufgrund ihres Designs schwer zu laden (Reaktionsbereiche, Tabellen, gerechtfertigte Texte), hat ein festes Menü, das es nicht ermöglicht, es an die sich ändernden Bedürfnisse anzupassen (reaktive Bereiche, um das Template zu retusieren, um das Menü zu retuschieren). Außerhalb der Website werden keine Dienste für die Verwaltung angeboten, außer Verweise auf "service-public.de Beachten Sie, dass Coutances seine im Februar 2015 erstellte Facebook-Seite mit fast 900 Abonnenten hat. Coutances is "Stad van kunst en geschiedenis en zijn kathedraal en zijn meest representatieve gebouw. Webcommunicatie Tot nu toe Coutances bezit een puur informatieve website gemaakt 4 jaar geleden. 5000-6500 bezoekers passeren elke maand de site. Alleen deze site is zwaar om te laden vanwege het ontwerp (muliteit van reactieve zones, tabellen, gerechtvaardigde teksten), heeft een vast menu waarmee het niet aan veranderende behoeften kan worden aangepast (reactieve gebieden moeten de sjabloon retoucheren om het menu te retoucheren). Buiten de site wordt geen service aan de beheerder aangeboden, behalve voor verwijzingen naar "service-public.fr Houd er rekening mee dat Coutances zijn Facebook-pagina heeft, gemaakt in februari 2015 en met bijna 900 abonnees.
