Het project heeft tot doel de volgende indicatoren te bereiken:• Aantal personen dat risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting in het kader van het programma — 58• Aantal personen met een handicap dat in het programma wordt ondersteund — 15• Aantal personen dat risico loopt op armoede of sociale uitsluiting na het verlaten van de regeling — 18• De doelgroep bestaat uit 58 personen (34 K, 24 miljoen) die in de gemeente Białośliwo wonen en met armoede of sociale uitsluiting worden bedreigd. Personen die ten minste 1 voorwaarde voor het risico op armoede of sociale uitsluiting hebben, worden toegelaten tot het project:- passief ZAW — 58 UP (34 K, 34 M), — gehandicapten — 15 UP, waarvan 10 met een gematigde graad — 18 personen (9K, 9 M) — min. 30 % van de UP. Celem głównym proj jest dokonanie postępu w procesie aktywizacji społeczno- zatrudnieniowej przez min. 34% spośród 58 osób (34K, 24 M), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących w myśl KC woj. wielkopolskie, Gminę Białośliwie, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu w okresie od 01.06.2018 do 30.11.2019.W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników:• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie – 58• Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie - 15• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 18• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu – 20.• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) – 12. Grupę docelową stanowi 58 osób (34 K, 24 M) zamieszkałych w Gminie Białośliwie, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. Do proj zostaną przyjęte osoby spełniające min. 1 przesłankę zagrożenia ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym:- os bierne ZAW - 58 UP (34 K, 34 M),- os niepełnosprawne – 15 UP, w tym 10 o stopniu umiarkowanym- os korzystające z POPŻ - 18 os (9K, 9 M) - min. 30% UP.W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane takie zadania, jak:1. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, durch Beteiligung an der umfassenden Unterstützung des Programms zwischen dem 01.06.2018 und dem 30.11.2019 in Übereinstimmung mit der Woiwodschaft KC Wielkopolskie, der Gemeinde Białośliwie, Fortschritte bei der Aktivierung der Sozio-Beschäftigung durch mindestens 34 % der 58 von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen zu erzielen. Die Zielgruppe besteht aus 58 Personen (34 K, 24 M) mit Wohnsitz in der Gemeinde Białośliwo, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind.
