Obiectivul general este îmbunătățirea competitivității economice prin creșterea productivității muncii a firmei în domeniul competitiv cod CAEN - 4120 Lucrari de constructie a cladirilor rezidentiale si nerezidentiale identificat în Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. Firma va avea ca obiectiv valorificarea sectorului in care activeaza prin modernizarea acesteia. In acest sens, se doreste achizitionarea unor utilaje moderne, ceea ce va conduce implicit la inovarea procesului de productie, la dezvoltarea durabila a companiei, la respectarea normelor de mediu si la cresterea competitivitatii in piata specifica. Proiectul investitional concretizat in achizitia de active tangibile este conceput in functie de rezultatele care se preconizeaza sa se obtina. La baza planului de afaceri stau informatiile existente care au fost analizate de catre reprezentantul societatii, corelat cu istoricul activitatii acesteia. (Romanian)

The general objective is to improve the economic competitiveness by increasing the labor productivity of the company in the competitive field CAEN code – 4120 Construction works of residential and non-residential buildings identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. The company will aim to capitalise on the sector in which it operates by modernising it. In this respect, we want to purchase modern equipment, which will implicitly lead to innovation of the production process, to the sustainable development of the company, to compliance with environmental norms and to increase competitiveness in the specific market. The investment project embodied in the acquisition of tangible assets is designed according to the results that are expected to be achieved. The basis of the business plan is the existing information that has been analysed by the company’s representative, correlated with the history of its activity. (English)

Das allgemeine Ziel ist die Verbesserung der wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch Erhöhung der Arbeitsproduktivität des Unternehmens im Wettbewerbsbereich CAEN Code – 4120 Bauarbeiten von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden in der nationalen Wettbewerbsfähigkeitsstrategie und Regionalentwicklungspläne identifiziert. Ziel des Unternehmens ist es, den Sektor, in dem es tätig ist, durch seine Modernisierung zu nutzen. In dieser Hinsicht wollen wir moderne Geräte kaufen, die implizit zur Innovation des Produktionsprozesses, zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens, zur Einhaltung von Umweltnormen und zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem spezifischen Markt führen werden. Das im Erwerb von Sachanlagen enthaltene Investitionsvorhaben richtet sich nach den erwarteten Ergebnissen. Grundlage des Geschäftsplans sind die vorhandenen Informationen, die vom Vertreter des Unternehmens analysiert wurden und mit der Geschichte seiner Tätigkeit in Zusammenhang stehen. (German)

De algemene doelstelling is om het economische concurrentievermogen te verbeteren door de arbeidsproductiviteit van het bedrijf in het competitieve gebied CAEN-code te verhogen — 4120 Bouwwerken van residentiële en niet-residentiële gebouwen die in de nationale strategie voor concurrentievermogen en regionale ontwikkelingsplannen zijn vermeld. De onderneming streeft ernaar de sector waarin zij actief is, te benutten door haar te moderniseren. In dit verband willen we moderne apparatuur aanschaffen, die impliciet zal leiden tot innovatie van het productieproces, tot de duurzame ontwikkeling van het bedrijf, tot naleving van milieunormen en tot vergroting van het concurrentievermogen op de specifieke markt. Het investeringsproject dat bij de aankoop van materiële activa is belichaamd, is ontworpen op basis van de verwachte resultaten. De basis van het bedrijfsplan is de bestaande informatie die door de vertegenwoordiger van de onderneming is geanalyseerd, gecorreleerd met de geschiedenis van haar activiteiten. (Dutch)
