Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea infrastructurii sanitare, prin investiţii în dotari sau lucrari necesare infrastructurilor sanitare, care contribuie la dezvoltarea operationalitatii la nivel naţional, regional şi local, reducând inegalităţile în ceea ce priveşte starea de sănătate publica si îmbunătăţind accesul la serviciile medicale de calitate. Prin proiect se urmareste modernizarea si tehnologizarea la nivel European al infrastructurilor sanitare deficitare, care utilizeaza in continuare aparatura uzata fizic si moral, prin achizitia de echipamente noi si eficiente, ce aduc atat o crestere calitativa a serviciilor oferite, cat si o crestere cantitativa a numarul de persoane beneficiari de servicii medicale, imbunatatind starea de sanitate publica la nivel national, regional si local, in perioada 2014-2019, pentru 4 Spitale din judetul Cluj (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is the development of sanitary infrastructure, through investments in facilities or works necessary for health infrastructure, which contribute to the development of operationality at national, regional and local level, reducing inequalities in public health status and improving access to quality medical services. The project aims to modernise and technology at European level the poor sanitary infrastructures, which continue to use physical and morally worn appliances, through the acquisition of new and efficient equipment, which bring both a qualitative increase in the services offered, as well as a quantitative increase in the number of people receiving medical services, improving the state of public health at national, regional and local level, in the period 2014-2019, for 4 Hospitals in Cluj County (English)

Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung der sanitären Infrastruktur durch Investitionen in Einrichtungen oder Arbeiten, die für die Gesundheitsinfrastruktur erforderlich sind, die zur Entwicklung der Betriebsfähigkeit auf nationaler, regionaler und lokaler Ebene beitragen, Ungleichheiten im Gesundheitszustand verringern und den Zugang zu hochwertigen medizinischen Dienstleistungen verbessern. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die schlechten sanitären Infrastrukturen, die weiterhin physische und moralisch abgenutzte Geräte nutzen, auf europäischer Ebene durch den Erwerb neuer und effizienter Geräte zu modernisieren und auf europäischer Ebene zu modernisieren, was sowohl einen qualitativen Anstieg der angebotenen Dienstleistungen als auch einen quantitativen Anstieg der Zahl der Personen, die medizinische Dienstleistungen erhalten, sowie durch die Verbesserung des Gesundheitszustands auf nationaler, regionaler und lokaler Ebene im Zeitraum 2014-2019 für 4 Krankenhäuser im Kreis Cluj zum Ziel hat. De algemene doelstelling van het project is de ontwikkeling van sanitaire infrastructuur, door middel van investeringen in voorzieningen of werken die nodig zijn voor de gezondheidsinfrastructuur, die bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van operationaliteit op nationaal, regionaal en lokaal niveau, het verminderen van ongelijkheden in de volksgezondheidsstatus en het verbeteren van de toegang tot hoogwaardige medische diensten. Het project is gericht op de modernisering en technologie op Europees niveau van de slechte sanitaire infrastructuur, die gebruik blijft maken van fysieke en moreel versleten apparaten, door de aanschaf van nieuwe en efficiënte apparatuur, die zowel een kwalitatieve toename van de aangeboden diensten als een kwantitatieve toename van het aantal mensen die medische diensten ontvangen, tot gevolg heeft, waardoor de toestand van de volksgezondheid op nationaal, regionaal en lokaal niveau in de periode 2014-2019 wordt verbeterd voor 4 ziekenhuizen in Cluj County (Dutch)
