    Proiectul isi propune ca OBIECTIV GENERAL imbunatatirea competentelor profesionale a unui numar de 322 de viitori absolventi de invatamant tertiar universitar cu domiciliul intr-una din Regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei. Dintre cei 322 studenti vizati, cel putin 33 au domiciliul in mediul rural (10%). Studentii vizati sunt inscrisi atat la Universitati din Bucuresti cat si la alte centre universitare din tara. Partenerii din proiect isi desfasoara activitatea in domeniul Media. Solicitantul realizeaza emisiuni de televiziune, campanii de advertising, spoturi audio/video etc, iar partenerul are in portofoliu o serie de ziare si reviste, tipografii, canale radio si TV si platforme web si mobile, fiind cel mai mare jucator in acest domeniu din tara. Astfel, specializarile vizate de S si P pentru studentii integrati in stagiu sunt in corelate atat cu domeniile lor de activitate, cat si cu departamentele suport pentru activitatea de ansamblu a acestor 2 actori. Dintre specializarile vizate mentionam: Jurnalism, Media, Comunicare, Relatii publice, Publicitate, Limbi Straine, Marketing, Management, Relatii Internationale, IT etc, specializari corelate cu domeniile de specializare inteligenta in care activeaza cele 2 companii partenere si care se regasesc in strategia SNC 2014-2020: Industrii creative. Selectia GT ramane deschisa si pentru studenti cu alte specializari relevante pentru solicitant, partener si alte companii unde acestia le pot facilita studentilor accesul, cat si pentru alte universitati care pot furniza GT eligibil, respectand astfel principiile egalitatii de sanse si non-discriminarea in selectia beneficiarilor directi ai proiectului (studenti, universitati, alti angajatori)Solicitantul si Partenerul pot facilita accesul pentru cel putin 21% dintre cei 322 studenti in alte companii care activeaza in sectoare prioritare conform SNC/SNCDI (industrii creative). Scopul final al proiectul vizeaza pe langa imbunatatirea competentelor profesionale si cresterea gradului lor de ocupare pe piata muncii intr-un orizont de timp de 24 de luni, ca urmare a participarii la activitati de orientare, consiliere profesionala si de invatare la un potential loc de munca prin stagii de practica, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si SNCDI. • Contributia proiectului la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului: Obiectivul proiectului a fost stabilit in conformitate cu obiectivul tematic 10, prioritatea de investitii 10 iv si obiectivul specific POCU 2014-2020, respectiv obiectivul 6.13 „Cresterea numarului absolventilor de invatamant tertiar universitar si non universitar care isi gasesc un loc de munca urmare a accesului la activitati de invatare la un potential loc de munca / cercetare/ inovare, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI”.     The project aims to improve the professional skills of a number of 322 future tertiary university graduates residing in one of the less developed regions of Romania. Of the 322 students targeted, at least 33 have their residence in rural areas (10 %). The students targeted are enrolled both at the Universities of Bucharest and at other university centers in the country. The project partners carry out their activity in the Media field. The applicant performs television shows, advertising campaigns, audio/video spots, etc., and the partner has in his portfolio a number of newspapers and magazines, printers, radio and TV channels and web and mobile platforms, being the largest player in this field in the country. Thus, the specialisations targeted by S and P for students integrated in the internship are related both to their fields of activity and to the support departments for the overall activity of these two actors. GT selection remains open to students with other specialisations relevant to the applicant, partner and other companies where they can facilitate access to students, as well as to other universities that can provide eligible GT, thus respecting the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the selection of direct beneficiaries of the project (students, universities, other employers) The applicant and the Partner can facilitate access for at least 21 % of the 322 students in other companies operating in priority sectors according to SNC/SNCDI (creative industries).     Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die beruflichen Fähigkeiten einer Reihe von 322 zukünftigen Hochschulabsolventen mit Wohnsitz in einer der weniger entwickelten Regionen Rumäniens zu verbessern. Von den 322 anvisierten Studierenden haben mindestens 33 ihren Wohnsitz in ländlichen Gebieten (10 %). Die Studierenden werden sowohl an den Universitäten Bukarest als auch an anderen Universitätszentren des Landes eingeschrieben. Die Projektpartner führen ihre Tätigkeit im Medienbereich durch. Der Antragsteller führt Fernsehsendungen, Werbekampagnen, Audio-/Videospots usw. durch, und der Partner hat in seinem Portfolio eine Reihe von Zeitungen und Zeitschriften, Druckern, Radio- und Fernsehsendern sowie Web- und Mobilplattformen und ist damit der größte Spieler auf diesem Gebiet im Land. Die Spezialisierungen von S und P für Studierende, die in das Praktikum integriert sind, beziehen sich somit sowohl auf ihre Tätigkeitsbereiche als auch auf die Unterstützungsabteilungen für die Gesamttätigkeit dieser beiden Akteure. Unter den betroffenen Spezialisierungen erwähnen wir: Journalismus, Medien, Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Werbung, Fremdsprachen, Marketing, Management, Internationale Beziehungen, IT, etc., Spezialisierungen in den Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung, in denen die beiden Partnerunternehmen tätig sind und die in der Strategie SNC 2014-2020 zu finden sind: Kreative Industrien. Die GT-Auswahl steht Studierenden mit anderen Spezialisierungen offen, die für den Antragsteller, Partner und andere Unternehmen relevant sind, wo sie den Zugang zu Studierenden erleichtern können, sowie an anderen Universitäten, die eine förderfähige GT bereitstellen können, wodurch die Grundsätze der Chancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung bei der Auswahl direkter Projektbegünstigter (Studenten, Universitäten, andere Arbeitgeber) eingehalten werden. Der Antragsteller und der Partner können den Zugang für mindestens 21 % der 322 Studenten in anderen Unternehmen, die in vorrangigen Bereichen tätig sind, nach SNC/SNCDI (Kreative Industrien) erleichtern. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die beruflichen Kompetenzen zu verbessern und ihre Beschäftigung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 24 Monaten zu erhöhen, indem sie sich an Beratungs-, Berufsberatungs- und Lernaktivitäten durch Praktika beteiligen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaftssektoren liegt, die nach SNC und SNCDI wettbewerbsfähig sind. • Der Beitrag des Projekts zur Erreichung des spezifischen Ziels des Programms und der Aufforderung: Das Ziel des Projekts wurde im Einklang mit dem thematischen Ziel 10, der Investitionspriorität 10 iv und dem spezifischen Ziel POCU 2014-2020 festgelegt, nämlich Ziel 6.13 „Erhöhung der Zahl der Hochschulabsolventen und außeruniversitären Bildungsabsolventen, die aufgrund des Zugangs zu Lernaktivitäten zu einem potenziellen Arbeitsplatz/Forschung/Innovation einen Arbeitsplatz finden, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf den Wirtschaftszweigen mit Wettbewerbspotenzial liegt, die nach den NKN und den Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung nach SNCDI ermittelt werden“.     Het project heeft tot doel de beroepsvaardigheden van een aantal 322 toekomstige afgestudeerden van tertiaire universiteiten die in een van de minder ontwikkelde regio’s van Roemenië wonen, te verbeteren. Van de 322 beoogde studenten wonen ten minste 33 in plattelandsgebieden (10 %). De beoogde studenten zijn ingeschreven aan de universiteiten van Boekarest en aan andere universiteitscentra in het land. De projectpartners voeren hun activiteiten uit op het gebied van media. Verzoeker voert televisieprogramma’s, reclamecampagnes, audio-/videospots enz. uit en de partner heeft in zijn portfolio een aantal kranten en tijdschriften, printers, radio- en tv-zenders en web- en mobiele platforms, die de grootste speler op dit gebied van het land zijn. De specialisaties van S en P voor studenten die in de stage zijn geïntegreerd, houden dus zowel verband met hun werkterreinen als met de ondersteunende afdelingen voor de algemene activiteit van deze twee actoren. Onder de betrokken specialisaties vermelden we: Journalistiek, Media, Communicatie, Public Relations, Reclame, Vreemdelingentalen, Marketing, Management, Internationale Betrekkingen, IT, enz., specialisaties met betrekking tot de domeinen van intelligente specialisatie waarin de 2 partnerbedrijven actief zijn en die terug te vinden zijn in de SNC 2014-2020 strategie: Creatieve industrieën. De GT-selectie blijft openstaan voor studenten met andere specialisaties die relevant zijn voor de aanvrager, partner en andere bedrijven waar zij de toegang tot studenten kunnen vergemakkelijken, evenals voor andere universiteiten die in aanmerking komen voor GT, waardoor de beginselen van gelijke kansen en non-discriminatie bij de selectie van directe begunstigden van het project (studenten, universiteiten, andere werkgevers) in acht worden genomen. De aanvrager en de partner kunnen de toegang vergemakkelijken voor ten minste 21 % van de 322 studenten in andere bedrijven die actief zijn in prioritaire sectoren volgens SNC/SNCDI (creatieve industrieën).
