Předmětem projektu je vývoj a výzkum zcela nového řešení tzv. mobilních technologických kontejnerů (dále též Cell On Wheels, COW). COW jsou mobilní stanice pro přenos telekomunikačního a datového signálu. Využívají se na místech, kde je z geografických či technologických důvodů GSM, UMTS nebo LTE pokrytí nedostačující nebo není k dispozici vůbec a nebo tam, kde je zapotřebí vytvořit autonomní komunikační či datovou síť. a. L’objet du projet est le développement et la recherche d’une solution totalement nouvelle de conteneurs technologiques mobiles (ci-après également Cell On Wheels, COW). Les vaches sont des stations mobiles pour la transmission de signaux de télécommunication et de données. Ils sont utilisés dans des endroits où, pour des raisons géographiques ou technologiques, la couverture GSM, UMTS ou LTE est insuffisante ou inexistante ou où un réseau de communication ou de données autonome est nécessaire.
