The project ‘Construction of a nursery school in Wierzchów’ is one of the basic projects to be carried out by the Local Government for the Revitality of the municipality of Wierzchowo to the Lata 2017-2023. It is intended to implement the specific objectives referred to above. LPR: 1.1. Countering the exclusion and marginalisation process 1.2. The development of public services for the inhabitants of the areas to be upgraded to 3.1. The development of social infrastructure to meet the needs of the inhabitants is dictated by the fact that pre-primary education is of particular importance for communities at risk of marginalisation. In particular, for families reliant on social assistance, where the socialisation functions are not sufficiently filled up, pre-primary education can fill this gap. The project provides for the construction of a new nursery school which meets the technical requirements. Previous school studies are too small, do not meet the health and health requirements. The education reform will lead to the return of 6-year olds in pre-primary education, leading to complete inefficiencies. The new place in the kindergarten and better working conditions for staff will allow for a more comprehensive impact on children from families at risk of marginalisation. In order to strengthen the environmental impact at risk of marginalisation, special preferences are foreseen for families in the regeneration areas: Żabine, female and part of the Wierzcho-wheels. Projekt "Budowa przedszkola w Wierzchowie" Jest jednym z podstawowych projektów przewidzianych do realizacji przez Lokalny Progam Rewitalizacji Gminy Wierzchowo na Lata 2017-2023. Ma za zadanie realizację następujacych celów szczegółowych ww. LPR: 1.1. Przeciwdziałanie procesom wykluczenia i marginalizacji 1.2. Rozwój usług publicznych skierowanych do mieszkańców obszarów rewitalizowanych 3.1. Rozwój infrastruktury społecznej służącej zaspokojeniu potrzeb mieszkańców Jego realizacjajest podyktowana tym, że wychowanie przedszkolne ma szczególne znaczenie dla społeczności zagrożonych marginalizacją. Zwłaszcza w przypadku rodzin uzależnionych od pomocy społecznej, w których nie są wystarczająco wypełniane funkcje socjalizacyjne, wychowanie przedszkolne może wypełnić tę lukę. Projekt przewiduje budowę od podstaw nowego przedszkola, spełniającego wymogi techniczne. Dotychczasowe przedszkole jest zbyt małe, nie spełnia wymogów w zakresie p.poż. i sanitarnych. W związku z reformą oświatową nastąpi powrót 6-latków do przedszkoli, co doprowadzi do jego pełnej niewydolności. Nowe miejsca w przedszkolu oraz lepsze warunki pracy personelu pozwolą na bardziej wszechstronne oddziaływanie na dzieci pochodzące z rodzin zagrożonych marginalizacją. W celu silniejszego oddziaływania na środowiska zagrożone marginalizacją, przewiduje się specjalne preferencje dla rodzin zamieszkujących obszary rewitalizacji: Żabina, Żeńska i części okólnej Wierzchowa.
