Objective g: Reducing and preventing early school leaving and ensuring equal access to good quality primary and lower secondary education in the municipality of Szczecinek, by providing 5 schools in the territory of the municipality with support from 01.03.2017-30.06.2020 (SP in Parsęksk; SP in Żółtownica; SP in Gwda Grand; SP at Wierzchów with subsidiaries in the dispute; Mr Tadeusz Kościuszki in Turkey) in the form of the implementation of a comprehensive support programme including: equipping the above schools with an experimental study method based on the method of experimentation in the fields of mathematics and nature and ICT equipment; providing support in the form of teaching and compensatory courses, the 657th (330K) and the increase in competences (through training and courses) of 57 teachers (including 45K), the development of the above project was preceded by a diagnosis of the level of key competences needed in the labour market and the right attitudes/skills of the students; students’ demand for this type of action and diagnosis of teachers’ ability to use methods and organisational forms to shape and develop students’ key competences necessary for the labour market and the right attitudes/skills, as well as the needs of teachers for such activities. The diagnosis was prepared and carried out by each of the projects covered by the project and approved by the investigating authority. The school diagnosis benefited from the support of the institutions of the school support system. As part of the project, all students supported in the project will benefit from educational and professional counselling, including the assessment of individual development and educational needs and personal suitability for individual professions. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Turowie) w postaci realizacji kompleksowego programu wsparcia obejmującego: doposażenie ww. szkół w pracownie umożliwiające nauczanie oparte na metodzie eksperymentu w obszarze matematyki i przyrody oraz w sprzęt TIK; objęcie wsparciem w postaci zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych, rozwojowych 657u (330K) oraz zwiększenie kompetencji (poprzez szkolenia i kursy) 57 nauczycieli (w tym 45K) Opracowanie ww. projektu zostało poprzedzone diagnozą poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności u uczniów; zapotrzebowania uczniów na tego typu działania oraz diagnozą stopnia przygotowania nauczycieli do stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności, a także zapotrzebowania nauczycieli na tego typu działania. Diagnoza została przygotowana i przeprowadzona przez każdą szkołę objętą projektem oraz została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący. Przeprowadzając diagnozę szkoły korzystały ze wsparcia instytucji systemu wspomagania pracy szkół. W ramach projektu wszyscy uczniowie objęci wsparciem w projekcie skorzystają z doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, obejmującego ocenę indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz predyspozycji osobowych do wykonywania poszczególnych zawodów.
