The purpose of the project is to improve the efficiency and quality of kfish tails at 3SP and 3GIM in the town of Darłowo (Zachodniopomorskie Province) — SP and GIM in Dąbki, SP and GIM in Copts, SP and GIM in the Stary Jarosław in Stary Jarosław — in r.2017/2018 and 2018/2019 et seq. of: key to developing and developing the key in schools, to develop an experimental approach in schools to teach at a met. experiment, to provide guidance to vocational education, to develop digital competences and to use modern ICT, to provide support to the needs of education and to improve the skills and competences of n-li. The aim of the project is to acquire 256s (142k, 114M) of key competences, to grant support to 12disabled persons (4K, 8M) and to provide 13 workers with a disability (5 mathematical, 6 natural, 2 IT) and to increase the skills and competences of 6n-li (4K, 2M). The target group is 3SP and 3GIM in the Gmina Darłowo, the school pupils and the n-le. The need to implement the project results from completion of the Official Journal, which is lower than the average in the province, as well as observed in the area of skill shortages in the practical application of mathematical, computerised or natural knowledge. In order to prevent ill-considered decisions, further careers and careers are required. it is appropriate to make provision for the provision of advice on education and training. The existing equipment for school staff is insufficient and poorly applied to method-specific learning. The diagnosis also identified shortcomings and the need to improve the skills and qualifications of professional n-li. The implementation of actions within the framework will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of general education in the village of Darłowo. The project is in line with the relevant specific objective of the ROP WZ 2014-2020 and corresponds to the indicators for the project/type of project. (English) | |||

Proj. ma na celu poprawę efektywności i jakości kszt. og. w 3SP i 3GIM poł. na terenie Gminy Darłowo (woj. zachodniopomorskie)- SP i GIM w Dąbkach, SP i GIM w Kopnicy, SP i GIM w Starym Jarosławiu - poprzez real.w r.szk 2017/2018 i 2018/2019 nast. zad: kształtowanie i rozwój u u. kompetencji klucz., stworzenie w szkołach war. do nauczania opartego na met. eksperymentu, doradztwo edu-zawodowe, rozwijanie kompetencji informatycznych i korzystanie z nowoczesnych TIK, objęcie wsparciem u. ze spec. potrzebami eduk. oraz doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji n-li. Założeniem proj. jest nabycie przez 256 u. (142K, 114M) kompetencji kluczowych, objęcie wsparciem 12u. niepełnosprawnych (4K, 8M) oraz doposażenie 13 pracowni do prowadzenia zaj (5 matematycznych, 6 przyrodniczych, 2informatyczne), a także podniesienie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 6n-li (4K, 2M). Grupę docelową stanowią 3SP i 3GIM w Gminie Darłowo, kształcący się w nich uczniowie i pracujący i n-le. Potrzeba realizacji proj. wynika z uzyskiwania przez u. wyników egz. zewn. na poz. niższym od średniej w województwie, a także z zaobserwowanych u u. braków w zakresie umiejętności praktycznego stosowania wiedzy matematycznej, informatycznej czy przyrodniczej. W celu zapobiegania nieprzemyślanym decyzjom dot. dalszej kariery edukacyjno-zawodowej u. stosowne jest przeprowadzenie zaj. z zakresu doradztwa edu.-zaw. Dotychczasowe wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych jest niewystarczające oraz niedostosowane do nauczania opartego na met.eksperymentu. Diagnoza wskazała również na braki i potrzebę podnoszenia kompetencji i kwalifikacyjni zawodowych n-li. Realizacja działań w ramach proj.przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości i efektywności kształcenia ogólnego na terenie wiejskiej Gminy Darłowo.
