The principal objective of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of 186 pupils (70dz/116chł) in Primary School No. 1. Tadeusz Kościuszki, at Barlink, which in the year preceding the submission of the grant application had attained an educational outcome which was lower than the average for the West Pomeranian Region, and a sustainable improvement in the educational services of that school by equipping the school with modern teaching aids until 30.06.2019. The terms of reference planned in accordance with the identification of the needs are part of the implementation of specific objective No 2 for Action 8.5 of the 2014-2020 ROP for the implementation of: 1.additional activities for talented students and courses for pupils at risk of early school leaving — in maths, science, creativity, innovation and teamwork, and the development of a system of individual work with students, leading to the strengthening of their capacity for future employment; 2th provision of vocational guidance; 3. and equipping school teaching facilities with a view to increasing the frequency of the use of ICT and experimental methods. The effect of these tasks will be to improve the learning outcomes and to prepare students for the next stages of learning and, as a consequence, to improve labour market responsiveness. All the actions planned, the purpose and the scope of the support are derived from the school carried out and approved by the body responsible for the diagnosis. In addition, projects financed by the ESF will complement the activities carried out before the proj. The scale of the activities carried out prior to the start of the action by the school (expenditure on implementing measures) will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities (expenditure) carried out by the school during the 12 months preceding the start of the implementation of the proj. Celem głównym proj. jest wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności u 186 uczniów (70dz/116chł) Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Barlinku, które w roku poprzedzającym rok złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie osiągnęło wyniki edukacyjne niższe od średnich dla województwa zachodniopomorskiego, a także trwała poprawa jakości usług edukacyjnych tej szkoły dzięki wyposażeniu szkoły w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne, do 30.06.2019r. Zaplanowany zgodnie z przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb zakres zadań wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego nr 2 dla działania 8.5 RPO WZ 2014-2020 poprzez realizację: 1. dodatkowych zajęć - rozwijających dla uczniów uzdolnionych oraz zajęć wyrównujących dla uczniów zagrożonych przedwczesnym zakończeniem ścieżki edukacyjnej - w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej oraz rozwoju systemu indywidualnej pracy z uczniami, prowadzące do wzmocnienia ich zdolności do przyszłego zatrudnienia; 2. zajęć doradztwa zawodowego; 3. oraz doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej szkoły mające na celu zwiększenie częstotliwości wykorzystania TIK i metod eksperymentu. Efektem realizacji powyższych zadań będzie poprawa wyników nauczania oraz przygotowanie uczniów do kolejnych etapów uczenia, a w konsekwencji lepszej adaptacyjności na rynku pracy. Wszystkie zaplanowane działania, cel proj. oraz zakres wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkole i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy. Ponadto przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków EFS będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. przez szkołę (nakłady środków na ich realizację) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkołę w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji proj.
